You honestly can’t find a better location in Semarang. It’s right at Simpang Lima and directly connected to the mall, which is a total game-changer. The service is top-notch, the staff are incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in. If you want a seamless stay in the heart of the city, this is the place to be!

I had a wonderful stay at the Ciputra Hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. The location is convenient, and the amenities made the experience even better. I’d happily stay here again.
Only the parking space is limited.
My first time in Semarang and staying at your hotel was good location. Your staff is friendly, the room is acceptable but the food is disaster. I ordered Australian steaks from your room service but the food was really bad, i cannot eat the steaks as like I'm eating rubber so hard to eat and the mash potato is bad. In morning i eat your breakfast for sahur but the food taste is bad also and surprisingly my wife said the food got MOUSE mingle around at the bread area. We talk to your waiter and show the mouse to them and after that we left. What a surprise your hotel is nice but when it comes to FOOD is really disappointing! So frustrating with the food service, hope u guys can improve and really took serious in this matter.

Que daba directo al centro comercial
Es muy viejo, la comida muy mala, las habitaciones super viejas y sucias, el personal del hotel sabe muy poco ingles, en recepción el dia que llegamos porque compramos el alojamiento por booking nos quisieron dar una habitación inferion el un sitio que no se podia estar de ruido, preguntamos para cambiarnos de habitación y nos djeron que no habia, menos mal que salia el chico de la limpieza de una habitación que estaba un poco mejor y nos dijo que tidas estaban libres, lo volvimos a preguntar en recepción y nos volvieron ha decir que estaban ocupadas que ya habian pagado por adelantado en metalico, pedimos hablar con un superior y nos dijo que no estaba, esperamos que cambiaran de turno y despues bajamos y se lo volvimos a preguntar y al final nos cambiaron, era un poco mejor pero también el ruido de la calle y la mezquita apartir de las 4 am era insoportable, no lo recomiendo para nada, calidad precio super caro y la comida todo era comida de indonesia, nada de comida internacional, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas pesimo el peor hotel que he estado
