Que daba directo al centro comercial
Es muy viejo, la comida muy mala, las habitaciones super viejas y sucias, el personal del hotel sabe muy poco ingles, en recepción el dia que llegamos porque compramos el alojamiento por booking nos quisieron dar una habitación inferion el un sitio que no se podia estar de ruido, preguntamos para cambiarnos de habitación y nos djeron que no habia, menos mal que salia el chico de la limpieza de una habitación que estaba un poco mejor y nos dijo que tidas estaban libres, lo volvimos a preguntar en recepción y nos volvieron ha decir que estaban ocupadas que ya habian pagado por adelantado en metalico, pedimos hablar con un superior y nos dijo que no estaba, esperamos que cambiaran de turno y despues bajamos y se lo volvimos a preguntar y al final nos cambiaron, era un poco mejor pero también el ruido de la calle y la mezquita apartir de las 4 am era insoportable, no lo recomiendo para nada, calidad precio super caro y la comida todo era comida de indonesia, nada de comida internacional, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas pesimo el peor hotel que he estado

leuk gelegen in het centrum. makkelijk om even taxi te pakken en erop uit te gaan. Kamer is prima. klein beetje outdated, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik kreeg een upgrade naar de 10th floor, wat altijd fijn is, vooral als je n et aankomt uit Amsterdam. Supervriendelijke en professionele staf.
- Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

- Hotel has entrance to shopping mall.
- Staff was extremely polite.
- Great lobby with bar and live music performance every day from 20.00 to 22.00.
- Fantastic dining room on the 1st floor where buffet breakfast is served every day from 6.00 to 10.00.

- One of the very few hotels in Indonesia with real western wheat bread. However, there's only jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter to choose from.
"Dear management. Western wheat bread needs to be served with cheese, cold meat slices and boiled eggs. If you don't provide this, then there's no need to serve western wheat bread."
- Great breakfast but nothing for western tourists which aren't used to have rice, potatoes and noodles for breakfast.
- Jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter need to be served in cups. They were served in pots where guests could take it out with knifes. This is not hygienic and not tasteful.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food choices.
• The room was clean and well maintained.
• The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
• The hotel is comfortable and suitable for families.
• Some breakfast items, especially ayam masak kicap and the soup, were not to our taste. The soup was quite pale and lacked herbs compared to what we are used to.
• The room furniture looks outdated and would benefit from being replaced with newer furnishings.
• I liked that the breakfast included Indonesian local food, which gave us a chance to try local flavors.
• The desserts were nice, especially the rojak, which I enjoyed.
• The tea served during breakfast was good and to my liking.
The kicap (soy sauce–based dish) was not to our taste.
• The toothbrush provided in the room was too hard and caused my gums to bleed (gusi berdarah), which was uncomfortable.
Location is perfect with connection to Ciputra Mall. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is great.
Aircons in the rooms are too cold, sometimes we need to shut it off completely yet still cold.
Breakfast area is just way too crowded

Wonderful staff who looked after our every need. The hotel was sparkling clean with a swimming pool with sun lounges which we loved.
The food was very tasty. Loved the band on the weekend.

The tap of the bath was totally broken- difficult to turn it for hot or cold water- wish they have given me a better room though i was upgraded!
