Excellent hotel in ideal location
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and a location close to many sites and venues. It’s also a good value. My only complaint is that their request for a an evaluation requires that I write over 100 characters in order to submit anything. Easy to do, but unnecessary.

Amazing Escape from a horrendous hotel
Pros:

I was on a travel tour that booked all the hotels for the trip. We arrived in Berlin, and the hotel we were staying at was next to the bus station. The air stank of cigarette smoke & there wasn’t any one smoking at the moment. It had just saturated environment. I want to preface this to say that I could have lived with the room being the size of a walk in closet and the stained carpets. But we opened the door and were hit with the odor of B.O. like a men’s locker room that left the socks and jock straps locked up for a month in the sauna. I actually gagged. There was no air conditioning, we opened the window to the smoke smelling outside air and after a hour there was no change. I was still gagging, so I found the Mandala online, booked it for 2 days and left my tour group and arrived in my idea of heaven. It was spotless. Spacious, smelt like nothing, perfect air conditioning and a lovely staff willing to go out of their way to assist you. The location is superb, walking distance to most things. The only thing I can say is they did not have any real vegan options at the beautiful buffet, and no offer to put something together. But there were a ton of restaurants surrounding the hotel including a vegan donut shop that it was no issue. My son is hoping is first apartment is as nice as our room.

Idealne miejsce
Pros:

Obiekt znakomity! To już mój 3 pobyt i jestem zachwycona. Obsługa - fantastyczna (pozdrowienia szczególne dla pary, która nam pomagała w języku polskim i rosyjskim - wybaczcie, że nie zapamiętałam imion, ale oboje wiecie, że te 10 punktów to szczególnie dla Was i przyjmijcie podziękowania, bo w dniu wyjazdu już się nie widzieliśmy). Hotel pięknie położony, widok na okolicę wspaniały, wielkość pokoju, udogodnienia - na najwyższym poziomie. Wszędzie blisko - i do filharmonii, i do galerii sztuki, i do centrum handlowego na dobre zakupy (Mall of Berlin), i do metra, i na spacery (Tiergarten, Brama Brandenburska, aleja Unter den Linden, Uniwersytet Humboldta, wyspa muzeów itd.)... Sam budynek jest połączony ze słynnym festiwalowym miejscem filmowym:-) Parking w podziemiu, dojazd komfortowy, auto w podziemiu, tuż pod drzwiami hotelu. Po prostu idealne miejsce! Na pewno tu wrócę na kolejne pobyty - hotel fantastyczny!

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und bequem. Da ich mit dem Rollstuhl angereist bin, war ich doppelt erfreut, als ich das grosse Badezimmer sah. Die Lage war für uns okay.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour circuler dans Berlin avec les transports en commun. La suite était très confortable avec un espace pensé pour faire disparaître bagages et effets personnels et un bureau. Le bar lounge a la même cuisine que le restaurant le Facil (2 * Michelin)

Pros:

Excellent location, just a short walk to Brandenburg Gate and many of the museums. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The "management suite" room was very spacious and comfortable. The in house restaurant Facil is worth a meal.

More Like A Motel Than A 5 Star Hotel
Pros:

The breakfast area was beautiful but the actual things on offer were quite sparse and the food in the buffet was not labelled.
The room was spacious.

Cons:

There was only one housekeeper working at any one time at the hotel.
The bedsheets were changed every 3 days as per hotel policy, any desire to have your bedsheets changed before then requires you to pay a fee.
There is no turndown service and no automatic switch to close the curtains, so you manually have to close the curtains every evening.
There is no concierge to help you with your bag and no lobby.

Odalar büyük, konforlu ve çok temizdi. Çocuklu bir aile için mini bir mutfağının oluşu çok kıymetliydi. Beş yıldızlı otel konforunu kapıdan içeriye girdiğiniz andan itibaren hissediyorsunuz. Sadelik ve lüksü bir arada çok iyi harmanlamışlar. Kahvaltısı da son derece güzeldi. Avrupa’da sayısız iyi otellerde konakladım ancak buranın kalitesi hiç birinde yoktu. Ben büyük olan odalardan birini seçtim. Küçük odalar hakkında bir fikrim yok. Konumu zaten mükemmel dilerseniz her yere yürüyerek bile gidebilirsiniz. Bu mesajı okuyorsanız hiç tereddüt etmeyin. Ben titizlik takıntısı olan biriyim. Hangi kelimelerle övsem yeterli olur bilemiyorum. Her şey Mükemmeldi
