Jeder Zeit wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hätte vielleicht etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Personal - sowohl in der Rezeption, beim Frühstück als auch das Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Wenige Meter bis zur U- und S-Bahn am Potsdamerplatz. Das Zimmer erfüllte alle meine Erwartungen: sauber, riesengroß, mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattetund bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück, obwohl das Klagen auf hohem Niveau ist.

Great hotel
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Great location.

Cons:

The restaurant was disappointing for a casual evening meal. Limited choice, lack of vegetarian options. It was the only thing that let the hotel down.

Ein wunderbares Hotel – nahezu perfekt!
Pros:

Wir haben zwei großartige Nächte mit unserer Familie im The Mandala verbracht. Hervorragende Lage, großzügige und bestens ausgestattete Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, tolle Bar und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Kritikpunkte musste ich wirklich suchen: ein schwacher Föhn, ein Toilettensitz ohne Absenkautomatik und zwei rostige Schrauben in der Dusche.

Everything was good, except breakfast which was very disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing. There was no hot food. I was provided with a tasteless omelette.
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Do not let very bad breakfast destroy the reputation of your hotel.

Pros:

Everything. From the moment we arrived and were given hot towels to freshen up. The Management Suite we had came with everything you could want from a walk in wardrobe and kitchenette, lounge, balcony, large bedroom area and massive bathroom.

The food in the Qui restaurant was exceptional and breakfast was just as good.

We chose this hotel because it's only a few minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate and other attractions. Plus it had underground parking available for our Motorcycle which was very secure (book online before you go and you save quite a bit).

For a Five Star hotel with a 2 Michelin Star restaurant in the centre of Berlin, I thought the price was very fair.
