Ok - very convenient location !
Pros:

Very convenient location, large rooms and nice atmosphere, excellent breakfast and place / terrace where it is served

Cons:

Missing some more space at the reception and entrance as a lobby, badly surprised while staying for three nights and not changing the sheets once where towels were changed daily!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Frühstücks-Atmosphäre waren Spitze. Die Ausstattung und die Größe der Suite waren sehr gut

Cons:

Eine separate Dusche wäre angenehmer, statt der Badewanne.

Fajny, ale z dozą zawodu

Obiekt znakomity, to mój drugi pobyt, fajna przestrzeń, lokalizacja hotelu na plus, ale...

Cons:

Zamówiłam konkretny apartament parę miesięcy wcześniej. Niestety nikt mnie nie powiadomił - a upewniałam się mejlowo jeszcze przed przyjazdem - i dopiero na miejscu okazało się, ze mam inny i to z widokiem na ściany budynku zamiast na filharmonię. Mam pretensje o brak kontaktu. Było wygodnie, fajnie, ale jeśli jadę na koncert z zagranicy, to chcę popatrzeć na Berlin wieczorem a nie na ścianę budynku i moja opłata nie jest niższa niż innego gościa... A jakaś pracownica zdecydowała za mnie, że "tam będzie ciszej"... szkoda, bo mogłam wybrać inny hotel i nie być rozczarowana w dniu przyjazdu.
Ale to sprawa charakteru pracownika, nie jakości apartamentu...
