Très bon hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, accueil très agréable, salle de petit déjeuner sublime, chambre agréable , présence d’une tablette pour commander les oreillers de notre choix ..

Cons:

J’aurais aimé avoir plus d’oreillers sans avoir besoin de les commander .. n’ayant pas vu le premier jour qu’il était possible de commander des oreillers plus fermes , j’ai passé une mauvaise première nuit

Amex platinum perfection !
Pros:

I’m giving this property five stars—it was absolutely immaculate. The room was generously sized, featuring two terraces and a convenient office area, which made the stay especially comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with excellent quality and variety. The bar, overlooking the street, offered a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. The location is ideal, providing easy access to many of Berlin’s top attractions.

Nice hotel but do not count on using the Kitchenette much
Pros:

The location and service was very good. The general standard of the room excellent with very good cleaning etc. Air conditioning was kind of noisy and the room could not be made completely dark at night.

The spa offers three variations of sauna and a shallow "cool off" pool but no real pools where you can swim, no jacuzzi etc. The gym is small but have the basic equipment needed for simple training.

We stayed in a room with Kitchenette but when arriving there were no pans/pots/knives or much anything to actually cook anything. The reception provided us with a pot, a pan and a small fruit knife but still not much. Also there is only two small stove plates, no microwave or normal oven, the refridgerator is more of a "minibar" full of high priced drinks and snacks making it hard to store even your own milk.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel in July and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, but most importantly, the staff is very friendly! Big shout out to Azra Cetin who went above and beyond to make this experience a great one for me.

Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral in Berlin über BH Potsdamer Platz mit den Öffis alles gut erreichbar. Außerdem guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, gleich in der Näher auch der große Garten zum Spazieren und Laufen.

Cons:

Für Kinder eher nicht so geeignet.
