Breakfast could have been better
The host was very nice. Location is walking distant was close to everything.
Went our room and it smelled like hospital. I had to ask the host for air freshener and she gave me cleaning spray bottle.
I wiped everything down even walls. I poured the cleaner in disposable cups in bathroom, room still the smell eventually came back. Very disappointed .
The hotel was clean and I felt comfortable. The hotel is located near many food restaurants and it's only a 13 minute drive to Old Town Santa Fe.

Everything was clean and we found the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend the place. Excellent place.
Basique et efficace pour une étape
Un peu loin du centre ville
Le confort et la taille de la chambre, la propreté, le petit déjeuner copieux, le calme, le prix correct pour la ville
Un petit peu loin du centre historique

Colazione modesta
Fresh omelette station for breakfast
This was the only property that smelled of pot in the hallway during our 2 week travels
Easy in and out. Clean outside and inside.
No complaints
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not participate in the breakfast, but it was mostly typical continental breakfast, with the exception that they had cheese omlettes, and eggs made to order.
Clean room and facility
I have never written a hotel review before, but the complete disrespect and sheer absurdity of this experience made me feel it was necessary.
I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel.
Shortly after we arrived, our 4-year-old son became sick with a stomach bug and vomited on the bedding. We called the front desk to request fresh linens, and the clerk told us, "I don't have anyone to bring that to you. If you want it, you have to come down." While frustrating, that was only the beginning of an extremely unpleasant experience.
When I brought the soiled linens to the front desk, the clerk informed me that I would have to pay for the sheets. I explained that if the sheets could not be cleaned, of course we would pay for them, but that it seemed unreasonable to charge us before even attempting to launder them. In response, she raised her voice and told me, "Then you can get out! I'm calling my manager!"
The next morning, my partner attempted to calmly resolve the situation. He again explained that we were happy to pay for the bedding if it was actually damaged beyond cleaning. The clerk responded, "I don't want money, I want you out, and I don't want your wife talking to me at all."
I was honestly shocked by the entire interaction. Traveling with a sick child is stressful enough without being treated with hostility and threatened with eviction over an accident involving a young child. We expected basic professionalism and compassion and received neither.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel.
Comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. Pool and breakfast!
