Location was ok, good connection with busses. In hotel everything was good!
Lot of trash around.
Woda i ciasto na korytarzu , każdego wieczoru , było to bardzo miłe . Restauracja sushi na samym dachu budynku i piękny widok na panoramę miasta z góry .
Stara klimatyzacja , która mało co chłodziła w pokoju . Obowiązkowe czepki na basen który był otwarty kilka godzin z rana i kilka godzin po południu . Czy bym tam wrocil ? Raczej nie , ale jakość adekwatna do ceny jak najbardziej .

Non compréhension sur le check in a notre arrivée alors que j'avais bien précisé via message que nous arrivions a 2h du matin et qu'ils m'avaient dit "pas de problèmes" pour qu'au final on a du rester dans le hall de 2h a 14h pour avoir la chambre

Rooms very dated nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Dated furnishings,dated bathroom, cleaning standards are poor towels and bedding only changed once during a 7 night stay, air con none existent and although not the hotels fault the location is right in the middle of one of Palermos should we say not so desirable areas, there is rubbish everywhere theres dog poo everywhere the whole area stinks of urine, rats and pigeons all over disgusting place.
The location is reasonable if you want relatively easy access to Mondello Beach, around 20 minutes by car, but the airport can take 30–40 minutes or longer depending on traffic.
There is a rooftop area which looked quite nice and apparently has a good restaurant with oven-baked pizza, although I didn’t have the opportunity to try it.
Overall, I would say this may have met four-star expectations some years ago, but today it feels dated and in need of refurbishment. Acceptable for a short stay, but I would personally rate it around 6/10.
The hotel is advertised as a four-star hotel, but unfortunately it feels quite outdated and would benefit from a significant renovation. The reception and common areas are not particularly welcoming, and overall the hotel does not give the impression of a modern four-star standard.
The room was quite small and the view was simply towards the surrounding residential blocks. It was fine for a short stay, but nothing particularly memorable.
