Almost everything, room was very hot and felt more like labor room. Lighting was very bad, street noise, literally nothing was good during our stay. They never cleaned the room and we stayed 5 nights.

Pros:

I liked that they had a washer and dryer for the guests to use. We were traveling Europe for 6 weeks, so this was VERY helpful. They also had ice machines on every floor and water bottles to fill up with each day. I definitely would stay here again.

Cons:

Not much room to move around, but that is pretty typical of Europe. The toilet would have a smell like an outhouse for some reason. If we left the bathroom door open it wasn’t as noticeable.

What a comfortable and clean hotel and SUCH a good location!
Beautiful art deco lobby.
Lots of nearby food shops.

Cons:

The breakfast seemed very expensive, but there were lots of options for sandwiches and snacks/coffee nearby.

Staff friendly and helpful - room and cleanliness of hotel great - location is fab - breakfast could be improved just slightly - the tea/coffee machine was not working properly and all drinks were weak and tasteless - also could add just a few more selections of food ie salmon or option to ask for an omlette to be made - also going back to a pot of tea would be fab

Beau et bien placé, peut améliorer le service du petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, décor d'accueil somptueux, literie parfaite, chambre très confortable, malgré une douche un peu petite. Vue sur les monuments depuis les étages supérieurs.

Cons:

Accueil froid et placement autoritaire au petit déjeuner. Salle mal organisée, peu d'espaces de circulation, chaises aux pieds écartés sur lesquels tout le monde trébuche. Pas de place pour poser les couvercles des plats chauds. Pas de pain (sauf celui pour toast), pas de petite cuillère. Des tas de détails qui révèlent une organisation qui ne connait pas l'ergonomie.
