Room was dusty and stuffy. The carpet seemed old.
Poor service. I've asked if I can have bottled water for me to take my medicine last night and immediately they message me it is on the way and will be delivered in my room. I've waited and waited nobody came. It was only this morning when I am checking out they told me that the water station is just by the kift. If they told me last night that there were water station by the lift I will come out and help myself and that I won't miss my blood pressure tablets. Really frustrating.
Club Quarters Hotel is beautiful and centrally located to easily get around and explore all of London. Nalin at reception/concierge is fantastic and was very helpful at check in, and booking things to do during our time in London.
The made stole my cartier ring from my bag and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. Don't recommend, a motel is surely better than this.
The hotel then was useless and just said they didn't do it. Even though i have photo proof with the ring on, in the hotel room the night before. And i have a photo without it before i went out the next morning. And when i did the count of my jewelry it was the only one missing.
I did not get my ring back nor a refund for it.
The hotel offered us one night extension for free, like we're literally in France and after this traumatic event i will never ever go back to this hotel.
I really don't recommend this hotel.
Please choose another destination if you don't want your valuables stolen.
Here my report number 88876678 on the lost and found website before the hotel says this never happened to which i had and automatic response saying that they found nothing.
