Great staff and refillable water bottle policy
Pros:

Really clean and well kept room with great coffee machine.
I checked in late after a full on day at work and the staff were very helpful - Nalin was especially patient with me which was great.
There is a refillable filtered water policy too which is great - haven’t seen that elsewhere.

Good location but could be better
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. We got everything we asked for in a timely manner.
The room was very clean and had enough storage space.
We liked the club room where you can make some tea or coffee, work, or just relax.

Cons:

The minifridge was set to the lowest cooling level, which we only realized after our yogurt has gone bad.

The window faces another building, I personally felt I could reach the other window with my hand. Also, I could barely open the window in order to air the room.

The matress was a bit worn out on one side and as a result too soft which made my back hurt.

The breakfast - there was not enough variety and some items were placed very high and far, making it hard to reach (I'm 1.60m).

Trip to London!
Pros:

Check in experience was lovely with Bekzod, he was extremely helpful and kind. A warm welcome to London for our group! Hotel is in a perfect location, clean and comfortable stay.

Great location and nice people
Pros:

Good breakfast but it would have been nice to have options for diabetics.

Cons:

No ramp to drag your luggage from street level.
Dragging a large suitcase up the steps is no fun.

Breakfast is not great
Pros:

Check in and check out process is easy. Rooms were clean (carpet was dark so hard to tell) and very small…. But it’s London in the peak of summer so prices are very high. It is centrally located and close to where I needed to be for work. I got the room & breakfast package but here’s the thing. …Cold foods start at 6:30am. Hot foods are not ready till 07:00am. Since I have to be at work or catch a plane by a certain time, it was no good. Stayed 3 nights and only managed to grab hot breakfast once. Breakfast was OK, not spectacular. Perhaps would have saved some money but getting food on the go at Charing Cross station.

A great stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful nights sleep. Rooms were clean and well presented. Jake looked after us very well. All rounded off with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Can't wait for our next visit to London.

Ils ont oublié de faire la chambre. La fenêtre était sale et fendu. La Clim est très bruyante et peu efficace. Personnel pas très sympa. Pour un établissement de se niveau personne ne parle français .

Lovely location and room with a couple of issues
Pros:

Amazing location and nice twin room with very friendly staff.
The room was very clean and tidy, short a couple of towels. Unfortunately there were a few technical issues with our room, the TV didn’t work, one of the reading lamps bulbs had gone and the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working either.

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir Londres à pied, malgré quelques petits points d’amélio
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons pu faire une grande partie de Londres à pied et les stations de métro sont à quelques minutes seulement. Le quartier est vivant, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants, supérettes et commerces ouverts tard le soir, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel est élégant, les espaces communs sont agréables et la salle de bain de notre chambre était moderne, très propre et bien équipée. Le personnel a également été aimable et a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’aide.

Cons:

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. La moquette et le mobilier donnent une impression un peu vieillissante et l’ensemble est assez sombre. À notre arrivée, la chambre semblait également un peu humide et il y avait une légère odeur, qui a toutefois disparu par la suite. Enfin, le tarif reste élevé, même si cela est sans doute lié à l’excellent emplacement en plein centre de Londres.
