Pros:

Location was exceptionally convenient to beach access and nearby stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Bistro was very good and reasonably priced

Cons:

Broken elevator that left just one operational for an entire 4 floor facility. Apparently, this is a long-standing issue

Absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to come back. Staff was amazing, and everything was new/clean.
Pros:

Location, and it was very nice and clean overall.

Cons:

My only complaint keeping it from 10/10 would be the shower head was pretty gross, definitely needed changed.

Worth the money, just need to be more upfront about how much money so we can plan better.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with comfortable outdoor hang out area. Nice couch and kitchenette makes it not feel so cramped for longer stays.

Cons:

A $15 a day resort fee was not discoled to me when I booked the hotel. That was a $75 surprise for extra features we didn't even use because we didn't know about them and brought everything from home.

Beautiful facilities.
Pros:

The suite was beautiful and comfortable. It was also quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Having to pay additional &15.00/day (x 3 days)for water/alcohol/bicycle use/a cart when I don't drink alcohol, I brought my own water, did not need a cart, and can't ride a bicycle.

perfect for our family for a short trip to the beach!
Pros:

amenities, pool, furniture was modern, location and ease of walk to beach, included use of bikes and beach cart, bar on site, fridge, kitchenette, clothes line in shower, towel holder

Cons:

rooms appear to be updated but can tell it's' older and some damage to floors,bathroom has some wear and could use updating, would like to have water available in the lobby-- especially during these heat waves!!

We won't be back
Pros:

Beach access and pool were good.

Cons:

Elevators didn't work and we took the stairs to the 4th floor most of the week. Someone even got stuck in one during our stay. Ac didn't seem capable of keeping up with the heat. Beds were uncomfortable and no balconies. $15 daily "resort" charge

Property was great. I'm a local so location wasn't an issue.

Cons:

You need to upgrade your pillows. They were flat and felt like sand paper and the showers needs to be updated outside than that- great room and spacious
