Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser rund um die Uhr. Das Zimmer sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mit 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zu den Niagara Falls sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hätten glatt einen 9 oder 10 vergeben, wenn es nicht den einen Kritikpunkt gebe:
Offensichtlich war das Zimmer über uns auch belegt, leider und unglücklicherweise, da das Hotel anscheinend nicht voll belegt war.
Man hört, wenn dort jemand läuft ein ganz starkes Knarren und Knacksen der Dielen. Das ging dann morgens um 6:40 Uhr los und bis 7:30 Uhr, kein Schlaf mehr möglich. Und das leider auch an beiden Tagen unserer Übernachtung.

I liked all of it. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The hotel was clean and well kept. The Bed and room were very comfortable. The staff were helpful,and very pleasant.
I would definitely return to this hotel.
