Op het strand, dat is geweldig. Wel duur.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, gewoon op het strand, Het uitzicht is een droom. Meerdere restaurants en een zwembad.

Cons:

De restaurants zijn niet zo fijn. 1 is te chique en bediening traag. Ook in het strand-restaurant word je niet heel snel geholpen en binnen zit je daar niet zo leuk. Verder vind ik het hotel wel erg duur voor wat je krijgt.

Pros:

La vue des chambres vue mer. L’emplacement proche du centre-ville (prévoir vélo)

It's NOT what it seems.
Pros:

Excellent location and views. On the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the main shopping/dining area of Le Touquet. But... !

Cons:

Screaming kids in the corridors, barking dogs (they're dog friendly), very mediocre food in the restaurant, a disastrous breakfast experience (they're continuously running behind the facts), very poor spa services, slow check in/out, ...

Een fantastische plek om extreem te genieten. Op het HRM-vlak is nog ruimte voor verbetering!
Pros:

De locatie van dit welness-hotel was fantastisch. Uitzicht op de zee, eb en vloed en Engeland in de verte; wat wil je nog meer. Het eten in het restaurant was van prima kwaliteit en de prijzen goed in verhouding tot het gebodene. Het terras op het strand was heerlijk, de bijbehorende bar uitstekend en het zoutwaterzwembad en de hamman vergeten we nooit meer. Top!

Cons:

Het personeel is - zoals vaker in Frankrijk - een aandachtspunt. Men is in loondienst en voelt zich nergens voor verantwoordelijk. Onbegrijpelijk dat - als 60% van de gasten bestaat uit engelsen - dat er dan jong(!) personeel rondloopt (aan de receptie!) die geen engels spreken en er van uitgaan dat iedere gast vloeiend frans spreekt. Krijgt men dat niet op school?
Het personeel in de bediening van het restaurant doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het eten. Met name aan de bar werkten medewerkers die gewoon niet vooruit te branden waren. Dat is echt zonde.

Bien mais les photos sont trompeuses, l’hôtel semble neuf avec des balcons donnant sur la mer mais nous ne les avons pas

L’emplacement en bord de mer est juste magnifique- le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur la mer a été très apprécié
La piscine est exceptionnelle

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez petites surtout pour une famille de 4 personnes.
L’insonorisation des chambres est à revoir. La dernière nuit nous avions un bébé en pleurs toute la nuit juste au-dessus avec des chutes d’objets au sol.

Disappointing room but great location.
Pros:

The pool and beach were amazing.

Cons:

Very small cramped room, not suitable for a family. Bunk beds across the window, blocked out all natural light. 1-2 people could stand at anyone time. Sink plug broken meaning you couldn’t wash your hands or face in the sink without risking flooding the bathroom. Large shelf running under the tv was not secured to the wall properly so anything you placed on there would roll off. The smell of smoke going down the corridors was awful especially for a non smoking hotel? Complaints raise on first day off stay and the reception manager did not help, only offered to move our room for an additional charge.
