Un service d’accueil agréable pour une chambre qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on en attend
Pros:

Le service d’accueil était à l’écoute et agréable. L’emplacement du lieu nous a convenu. Le petit déjeuner était très diversifié et bon. La piscine est un plus agréable.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre.
Les WC était sale
La bonde de la douche était sale aussi avec des cheveux dedans.
Le canapé lit n’était pas aspiré. Poussiéreux et Petite mite dedans.
La bouilloire était entartré.
Des poissons d’argent dans les sanitaires.
Et au petit déjeuner une serveuse m’as demandé de régler immédiatement avant même d’avoir finis de manger, comme si que c’était urgent.
Étant donné que nous venions une nuit pour un enterrement. Nous pensions être à l’aise. Ce n’était pas le cas. Je suis très déçue par rapport au prix que j’ai payé qui ne le vaut pas pour ma part.
En vue de ces désagrément je souhaiterais un geste commercial de votre part. Je vous en remercie par avance.

Pros:

Zimmer und Frühstück waren gut.
Dass man nach einem langen Ausflug direkt vor Ort dinieren konnte, war ein großer Pluspunkt.
Hund im Hotelzimmer war kein Problem. Kinder konnten sich zusätzlich mit Dart und Tischkicker beschäftigen.

Cons:

Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster war leider nicht möglich, da ein großer Kreisverkehr vor dem Hotel ist. (Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und war auch leise)

Nel complesso soggiorno piacevole tranne per il problema dell’aria condizionata.
Pros:

Struttura grande e curata con una bella piscina e un grande parcheggio.

Cons:

Il centro non è proprio vicinissimo, 20 minuti a piedi.
L’aria condizionata non era regolabile dalla stanza e per noi è risultata troppo fredda. O la spegni o congeli.

Staff make the difference…
Pros:

Practical facilities, comfortable beds and great breakfast! What struck me was how happy the staff seemed to be, nothing was too much trouble from the check in to the barman even calling to make a reservation for us for dinner - using his private mobile… it’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced service anywhere close in Europe… A fantastic experience and added to our stay! Keep up the good work!
