Un plus pour les recharges électriques en nombre et le personnel dispobible 24h/24.
La chambre etait spacieuse en pmr.
Calme ,bien situé, parking bien.
La literie n etait vraiment pas confortable. Le matelas devait etre ancien car ,il faisait le creux au milieu.
Changement de draps non fait .
Serviettes de toilette non changer.
Poches poubelles non ramassé, gobelet non remplacé.
Le tabouret pour la chambre pmr n est pas du tout adapté au handicap en fauteuil roulant.
Il faudrait un tabouret avec les poignets escamotable.
Car difficile de se mettre et de sortir de ce tabouret sans les poignets escamotable .
Le service accessibilité n est pas à la hauteur pour valider un tabouret pareil .
Le petit déjeuner était très bon, beaucoup de choix et des aliments de qualité . Le personnel aimable à l'accueil et au restaurant. les boissons du mini bar offertes. Bien situé pour visiter le Pays basque . Parking gratuit.
La literie , les moquettes sales dans la chambre ( 3ème étage ) et dans le couloir . Les transats de la piscine grisâtres et à peine propres.
