Beautiful Bay location hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Staff amazing, we had executive suite over looking the beauty of the bay
Shame the put in paper straws with every drink and paper cups in rooms. Note o friendly in that score and not move to have tea out of.

Pros:

Hotel avec équipe très sympathique, bon rapport qualité prix, terrasse au soleil avec belle vue sur le bassin.
L'hotel a un peu d'âge, mais cela n'enlève rien au charme.
Coté Thalasso, c'est simple il manque un Jacuzzi, la piscine est immense ce qui est assez génial pour faire de grande longueur.

Chambre vue mer avec terrasse très correcte.
Literie impeccable.
Accueil efficace et souriant mais plus limite dans la zone restauration. Salle de restaurant un peu ''cafétéria améliorée'' mais qui passe, étant donné le cadre époustouflant dans lequel se situe l'établissement.
Très belle piscine couverte et hammam magnifique plus 2 saunas: ...c'est top !
Les petit déjeuners sont également remarquables avec des huîtres à discrétion. ...Nous reviendrons !

Très bon séjour au Novotel Thalassa Ile d'Oléron mais... nous y sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois et les installations sont de plus en plus vieillissantes, voire vétustes pour certaines, mise à part la salle de restauration qui a été refaite.
Il commence à y avoir des tâches sur les sols et dans les toilettes dans les chambres, entre autre.
Le buffet de la mer du vendredi soir est toujours de bonne facture mais bien moins complet et généreux qu'il y a quelques années.
Bref, le cadre est toujours magique mais il serait grand temps de renouer avec le lustre d'antan et de rénover de fond en comble cet établissement comme cela a été fait avec la rénovation très réussie du MGallery de Chatelallion-Plage !

Cadre idyllique, personnel agréable, piscine d'eau de mer épatante,
Seul bémol : la cuisine, qui est au dessous des attendus pour cette gamme d'hôtel. Pour le buffet du vendredi soir, mieux vaut réserver de bonne heure si vous souhaitez avoir du choix.
