Pros:

An enjoyable stay at a well located property with easy parking. Our only comment would be that the room was slightly smaller than we expected.

Fantastic Hotel in Carnac
Pros:

We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. The Spa is currently being refurbished and should reopen later in 2025. Car parking is easy and pretty plentiful, the location of the hotel is just a short level walk to the beach and a few minutes further to shops and a selection of restaurants. Very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Séjour excellent. Hôtel moderne bien placé à proximité des plages, restaurants et commerces. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et moderne, bien équipée. Petits bémols : spa en travaux, manque de places de parking et manque de vigilance de la part du personnel de chambre (oubli papier toilette, thé et café).

Excellent séjour à Carnac
Pros:

Premier séjour après la rénovation de l’hôtel et nous avons adoré. Chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût, bien équipée, excellente literie, calme… Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant ou au service de chambre, Merci à vous tous.
Avons hâte de voir le spa après réouverture annoncée en novembre…

Séjour très agréable avec un personnel attentif et présent juste ce qu’il faut.
J’ai regretté l’absence de théière au petit déjeuner mais le personnel a très vite compris que cela était important pour moi et en a mis une à disposition.

Hôtel refait a neuf avec une déco tendance naturelle, le personnel est vrai cool et serviable , petit déjeuner vue sur les salines un vrai bonheur pour les yeux ,chambre confortable et propre ,nous avons passé un beau séjour a carnac .merci a toute l équipe pour l accueil

Bonjour notre séjour c'est très bien passé mais grosse déception en arrivant. Nous avons appris que le côté spa n'était malheureusement pas en service jusqu'àu mois de novembre 2025... Lors de la réservation, rien n'était spécifié. Nous avons payé plein tarif juste pour une nuit d'hôtel dans le spa.

Séjour pour 1 weekend en famille.le personnel est très agréable et disponible.L'emplacement est idéal très calme. la chambre est magnifique et toute la décoration est de bon gout et les équipements sont au top.

Pros:

Notre chambre était très exiguë. Nous avions une micro-terrasse avec une table et deux chaises mais l’une d’entre elle était extrêmement sale. La salle de bain est très petite. Le personnel est peu attentionné et nous donne plus le sentiment d’être dans une caserne que dans un hôtel. Les produits du petits déjeuner sont peu qualitatifs. Cela n’est pas vraiment ce que l’on attend d’un établissement à 4 étoiles. Les espaces extérieurs du spa marins sont petits et peu propices à la détente. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Personnel très sympathique et au petits soins.
L'hôtel est chic. Seul bémol, il serait bien de changer les moquettes pour lui redonner un coup de jeune

Séjour globalement très satisfaisant.
Problème : le hammam était HS et nous n’avons pas été informés auparavant. Autre remarque : l’hôtel aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.
