Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles

Salle commune sympa et moderne (restaurant / accueil)

Cons:

Nous avions demandé si on aurait un lit simple ou un canapé pour la 3eme personne. On nous a dit lit simple et on a eu un canapé ! Nous avions une personne âgée, qui a eu froid (petite couverture) et dans un clic clac inconfortable pour 190euros la nuit !!
Le petit déjeuner était juste pour 19 euros par personne. On a dû demander du pain et attendu 15min pour l'avoir.
Ce n'est pas du tout le standing d'un 4etoiles.

Mal dormi à cause de l'absence de lit bébé
Cons:

Nous avions explicitement demandé un lit bébé, a notre arrivé pas de lit bébé dans la chambre. Nous sommes allez voir la réception il n'y avait plus de lit bébé disponible. Le lendemain matin, une autre personne de la réception nous a dit que les lits bébé étaient dans une autre réserve et disponible...

Pros:

Rooms where clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice with a good selection. Location was just off the autoroute so ideal as a overnight stay on the way to the Alps.

The only thing I could really fault was the double bed could have done with two pillows and the heating controls seemed to just want to heat the room even if it was set to a cooler temp and put onto the cold setting. Nothing that really makes a massive difference
