De houding van de heren aan de receptie (geen normaal gedag zeggen of even vragen of we even willen wachten) en de prijs van de kamer op de 1e etage! Ergens heeeeel ver achteraan op de gang. GEEN LIFT! Zoek het maar uit. Andere kamer gevraagd evt beneden. Hopla nog 20€ extra betalen, want kamer 126 was gemoderniseerd. Echt lulkoek, de kamer was zo outdated, de douche was een écht een pisstraaltje. We waren bekaf na een lange reis, dus gedaan. Bed was prima! Ik heb 197,00 € betaald (kamer, minihondje en ontbijt). Avondeten en ontbijt waren prima.
Veel te duur voor overnachtingshotel en ik voel mij in de maling genomen door die man bij de receptie.

Alors, hôtel 3 étoiles mais uniquement pour l'accueil et les chambres qui ont bénéficié d'une remise en état.
Pour la nôtre (160), moquette tachée à l'entrée des toilettes.
D'ailleurs, pourquoi de la moquette ...
Odeur très nauséabonde émanant des toilettes et donc dans toute la chambre.
Le bouchon de la baignoire coincé empêchant de bloquer l'évacuation d'eau. Bains impossibles pour les enfants après plusieurs heures de route ...

État général de la salle de bain vétuste et négligé. On se serait cru dans les années 1980 alors que l'accueil de l'hôtel est moderne et très accueillant.

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Leider überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Und das besonders zu deutschen Gästen.

Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht nochmal dort buchen.

bon service
personnel serviable et efficace
chambre propre et confortable

Cons:

le bruit de compresseur comme si il y avait un fer à repasser de pressing qui s'est mis en marche vers 8h et a duré plus de 30 minutes.
