Séjour en famille, tout était parfait ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville. Tous ce que l'on attend d'un établissement 4 étoiles. Petite chose en plus Sonia du kid club qui prend soin de nos enfants pendant que les parents peuvent profiter d'un délicieux repas

Merci au personnel pour son sourire et son professionnalisme, tant à l'hôtel qu'au restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé.
La piscine et la salle de sport sont top.

Nous avons passé 2 jours sympa dans cette hôtel Novotel.
Agréablement surpris ohhh top surtout le petit déjeuner à prendre absolument, beaucoup de choix et très bon.
Personnel souriant et à l’écoute.

Un matin, j'avais le cafard..une dame de service au restaurant s'est gentiment approchée de moi pour me demander si tout allait bien! C'est cela le professionnalisme ! Merci.

Pros:

Ever eat here!!! The bar served microwaved focaccia. Flavorless and AWFUL but it gets worse - it was 15 euros. The tapas board was full of greasy meat and flavorless cheese. I don’t know how you mess these French food staples up but they did!

The Hotel did not provide the facilities for the price I paid for one night stay. Room had bare minimum amenities and the breakfast was very basic. It's a big hotel chain and we booked it because of it's reputation. We were disappointed.

Hotel avec un facade vieillote mais interieur moderne et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuse et propre on a regretté ne pas pouvoir utiliser la clim car il fesait tres chaud ( clim bloque par l'hotel car "pas assez chaud dehors") . Petit bémol le seche cheveux qui avait le diffuseur qui ne tenait plus et les pompes des distributeurs de produit d'hygiène qui fonctionnait mal.. lits confortable. Petit déjeuné très bien. Piscine agreable. Bon séjour mais gros bémol par rapport a la climatisation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Novotel Narbonne ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné. Mention spéciale aux dames de la cafétéria le matin : leur accueil chaleureux, leurs sourires et leur gentillesse ont rendu nos petits déjeuners encore plus agréables. Le buffet était bien garni, varié et de qualité, dans une ambiance conviviale dès le début de la journée. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
