Pros:

We zijn in het verleden regelmatig daar gebleven, maar wat we bij ons laatste bezoek meemaakten was ronduit onbeschoft. We hebben ruim op tijd geboekt reservering was bevestigd. 3 dagen voordat we zouden reizen werd de reservering gecanceld. Reden; voor komende 2 jaar zijn ze volgeboekt met vluchtelingen. Of we maar iets anders konden zoeken, ophoepelen. Geen compensatie van kosten zoek het maar uit. Nooit meer ga ik daar boeken.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf in Breda.
Pros:

Goede locatie met voldoende parkeerplaatsen en laadpalen!
Ontbijt erg goed maar wel aan dure kant

Cons:

Kamers beetje gedateerd. Erg goede bedden maar mag wel beetje moderner. Ook stucwerk in restaurant laat los wat erg slordig is. Maak dit gewoon en alles ziet er keurig uit. Dit snap ik niet zo goed…

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie als bij het ontbijt buffet. Complimenten !

Cons:

Het interieur is in de kamer al wat gedateerd, maar je sliep er prima en je had alles wat je nodig hebt. Koeling, koffie en thee.

Enig mini puntje was dat de schoonmaak niet langs is gekomen. We verbleven er 2 nachten en ze hadden ons waarschijnlijk per ongeluk overgeslagen. Heb zelf de prullenbakjes verschoond en schone handdoeken krijgen was geen probleem. Je hoefde het alleen maar te vragen :)

Bad location, tired and dirty
Pros:

We were grateful for the vegan options at breakfast

Cons:

Some staff were very helpful, others acted like you were inconveniencing them.
The room wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and there were pubic hairs on the skirting board in the bathroom.
Apart for the lobby area the hotel is in need of refurbishing, it feels very tired.
There is nothing within walking distance, it is at the side of the motorway.
