A mon arrivé à l'accueil, j'apprend que le restaurant n'est pas ouvert, aucun dispositif de solutions n'est mis en place (bizarre pour un hotel Mercure à ce prix.
On m'a proposé une chambre qui normalement devait être prête, je m'y rend et voilà que la chambre n'était pas prête, on m'a proposé une autre chambre avec vue sur les gros tuyaux de chauffage, la fenêtre n'était pas réglé passage de froid, et la vmc de la salle de bain bruit en continue, le petit déjeuné tres baclé et médiocre.
