Très bon choix pour une escale
Pros:

Proche de l’autoroute. Accueil agréable.

Cons:

Chambre un peu étroite, wc et salle de bain séparés par une porte glissante donnant sur le lit. Un seul produit lavant pour cheveux et corps (moins que d’autres hôtels de la chaîne). Il n’y avait pas de peignoir ni pantoufles. On voit bien que l’économie est à l’ordre du jour.
Le parking est fermé par une simple barrière tard la nuit bien qu’il y ait des caméras.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Cons:

Multiple failure points:

1. Food initially served in restaurant was inedible.
2. Air conditioning in room was not working
3. Asked to change room: air conditioning throughout hotel not working
4. Travelling with our dog, who ended up with heat exhaustion because the air conditioning I g wasn’t working.
5. Got no sleep at all and we were unable to continue our trip to Portugal on the following day because we were too tired and it would have been too dangerous.
6. Incurred additional costs of having to stay an additional night in another hotel
7. Complained to manager - who ignored the complaint.
8. Complained to the European CEO, who ignored the complaint, though this did prompt the Hotel Manager to effectively tell us to get lost.
9. Whole hotel was a mess and litter strewn around outside the front entrance—kind of tells you everything you need to know about how the management run the place.
10. Absolutely diabolical attitude and terrible place. A disgrace to both the Mercure and wider Accor brands.

Great hotel but need more waiters and TV upgrades
Pros:

Great location, just off the motorway. Staff friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Only 1 waiter for a busy restaurant meant lengthy waiting times. The waiter was great but only has one pair of hands. The TV only had 1 English speaking channel that didn't work. Also, the App feature to get Netflix etc. didn't work
