Good location,comfy bed, great breakfast.
Pros:

The location was ideal, we visited everywhere by walking. Good breakfast selection. Quiet, comfy bed. Liked the settee and coffee table and the view of the park. Underground parking was very useful.

Petit déjeuner lamentable viennoiseries rassies crêpes cassées , moquette pourrie . Hors de prix pour la qualité du petit déjeuner qui ne doit pas être une variable d’ajustement pour une nuité d’ hôtel … pour un client très habitué des Mercure

Un peu fatigué.. les moquettes sont pleines
de tâches. A besoin de rafraîchir. De plus
En plus quand je choisi un Mercure soit c est très bien ou alors même pas un 3 ieme étoile. Difficulté pour trouver l accueil et attendre le personnel. Le personnel sympa sans pb.

Behalve gedoe met de bedden verblijf redelijk

Goedemorgen,
We verbleven in uw hotel van 27 juni tot 30 juni. Wij hebben speciaal een kamer met een extra bed geboekt zodat we apart kunnen slapen. Dit is een opklapbed, ofwel divanbed. Helaas misten we een laken hiervoor.
Uw medewerker kon in het hotel blijkbaar geen extra laken vinden.

Daarnaast kwam ze met het verhaal dat het extra bed niet geschikt is voor volwassenen maar alleen voor kinderen onder de 40 kilo. We moesten dan maar een extra kamer boeken als we zo nodig apart wilden slapen.

Waarom staat dat dan niet op uw site vermeld als we deze kamer boeken? Dan hadden we de kamer helemaal niet geboekt namelijk. Nogal teleurstellend om hier ‘s avonds mee geconfronteerd te worden.
Daarna nog extra gebeld dat we absoluut geen gebruik mochten maken van het opklapbed!

A cool and welcome reprieve from the heatwave
Pros:

We stayed during the heatwave and the air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the heat. It was an optimal level of air-con, not too loud so it was easy to sleep and it didn't dry the air. The room was spacious and comfortable, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. We didn't opt for breakfast as we had early starts but did had wine and some snacks one evening which were great. It's very central with the tram just outside the door.
