L'accueil comme on en voit peu. A l'écoute des clients. Tout est fait pour être agréable. J'ai pu bénéficier d'un surclassement. Merci ! Tramway à 100m très.bien desservi

Nous avons eu la chance d'être upgradé ce qui etait une bonne surprise à l'arrivée.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant pour un mercure .Pas de plateau , disposition des produits, choix des produits.. .l'envie visuelle de prendre son petit déjeuner n'est pas là.
Mais la vue sur le jardin des plantes est très agréable..

On a aimé l'accueil et le fait qu'un couchage soit propose pour un enfant. La baignoire est un plus.

Cons:

Les équipement étaient vétustes. Le petit dejeuner était beaucoup trop cher pour que qui était proposé. Jus industriels notamment. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil mais globalement habituée à ce type d'hôtel on a connu mieux
