Nuit calme et spa agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre, les équipements sont très bien.
Le spa est super nous avions eu la chance d’être seul pendant deux heures ( attention le spa est en supplément du prix de la chambre -> 30€ par jour pour la chambre )

Cons:

Pas assez de ravitaillement au petit déjeuner pourtant nous sommes descendus vers 09h15 et il a fallu longtemps pour que la personne remplisse.
ATTENTION : Aucun marquage au niveau des aliments.. pour les allergies alimentaires ce n’est pas extra..

Pros:

Expérience décevante.
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel, un peu en dehors de la ville pour son spa, mentionné comme compris dans le tarif sur le site Booking
À notre heure surprise : le tarif n’inclus finalement pas le spa… nous avons contacté Booking pour leur signaler : aucune réponse après près d’un mois et plusieurs relances.
Les petits déjeuners sont aussi très chers par rapport à la qualité (première fois que nous sommes déçus à ce niveau dans un hôtel mercure)
Au final, pour le prix, vous avez meilleur compte à réserver un hôtel au cœur de la ville d’Annecy !
Nous ne reviendrons pas.
