Lieu agréable et fonctionnel
Un personnel très compétent et professionel
Difficulté pour accéder à l' entrée du parking : grille sur l arrière de l' hotel par les gps....alors que l' entrée se trouvait de l' autre côté.

תשמרו קבלות כי אותנו רצו ביציאה לחייב על ארוחת ערב ששילמנו- מזל ששמרתי קבלה. בנוסף למרות שלא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר ניסו לחייב אותנו על אחד הבקרים.
ארוחת ערב שהזמנו הייתה חוויה לא טובה. שכחו אותנו למעלה מחצי שעה כשאורחים שהגיעו 20 דקות אחרינו כבר קיבלו את האוכל. כשהזכרנו להם הם רק התחילו להכין והביאו אוכל שבושל יתר על המידה ולא היה אכיל. בזמן הזה נגמרו חלק מהקינוחים.
כרטיסים בעייתיים-כל פעם היינו צריכים לקודד מחדש את כרטיס החדר (לא הוחזק בתא בתיק שצמוד למכשיר נייד). בסוף אחת העובדות בקבלה הודתה שיש להם בעייה ואמרה לנו שכל פעם נבוא לקידוד מחדש. חבל שלא אמרו לנו מההתחלה היה חוסך לנו הליכות חוזרות מהחדר
La proximité d Annecy centre
Il y a eu un incident la première nuit avec évacuation de l’hôtel en pleine nuit … bien que le personnel de nuit a bien réagit et la gestion du lendemain a été catastrophique avec des chambres sans eau ou Elec ou els deux certains ont pu être reloger d autre non mais le pb est que c est un 4 étoiles donc les prestations n y était pas du tt sur le séjour … on ne peut pas laisser reposer l organisation générale sur des saisonniers
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel le personnel est vraiment au petit soin..

La demi-pension proposée avec un système Braséro en extérieur ne propose pas de variation de proposition de plats chauds (3 diners = 3 mêmes propositions)
Le spa le salon extérieur très agréable et un personnel très professionnel
La chambre mérite un peu de remise en beauté et surtout un sèche serviette… surtout qu’avec la piscine plus le spa tellement important… car résultat le maillot de bain était toujours un peu humide le lendemain matin
The room was great, as were the staff and facilities. Air conditioning was great. Access to water fountains was very much appreciated. Food and pool access were all good, and the spa was lovely.
My bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly, and the staff forgot to put my room down for cleaning each day. But neither of those things impacted my stay much at all.
