Cons:

Ça ne sentait vraiment pas du tout bon dans la chambre et après recherche c’était les coussins une odeur nauséabonde, on a dû les cacher dans le placard pour pouvoir juste respirer de l’air normal 😭 c’est vraiment dommage car tout le reste était super !

en gros bon séjour
Pros:

les locaux, chambre, piscine sont bien. par contre un gros bémole pour le petit déjeuner, particulièrement le dimanche lors de notre séjours. Une seule personne a s'occuper du petit dej !!! arrivé à 10h, plus de pain, plus de lait, fin des pots de confiture, plus de crèpes, machine à café ne fonctionnant plus... Le lundi c'était un peu mieux.

Cons:

le petit dej du dimanche. mais certainement que ce n'était pas de chance.

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

We pre paid for breakfast and dinner. At the 1st night at dinner, the veal was not cooked enough and the fish was not fresh. On the 2nd night, we were told we would not have any hot food, instead only bread, ham and cheese. I was with my 2 children so that was a difficult aside from not getting what we had paid for.

Haben das Beste aus der Situation gemacht.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück hatte es zu wenig auf dem Buffet. Das Brot war zum Teil noch heiss vom Steamer. Das Rührei kam leider schon kalt in die Pfanne und dementsprechend auf den Teller. Schade.

Pros:

The room design, the soft carpet, and the beautiful picture on the wall of the girl skating perfectly reflect the Alps and one of the most popular activities in Annecy in a beautiful way.
I also loved the cool air conditioning after staying in hotels without AC, and some that had AC but with very weak cooling.
I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom, and the fact that everything needed was available in the bathroom.

Cons:

The room did not include slippers. The refrigerator was not working properly and did not keep anything cold.
At night, my son went to ask for an extra blanket, but he was only given a bedsheet and told that this was the only thing available.
There was also no iron in the room, and we had to request one before it was brought to us.
In the morning before check-out, I asked for towels for my son to take a shower because we had already used the previous day’s towels. The towels were delayed even though we had a trip to Geneva afterward. I asked again, and they were delayed once more.
After that, someone knocked on the door. My husband opened it, and I heard a woman speaking to him angrily in French while handing over the towels. We could not understand exactly what she was saying, but her tone and attitude were very rude and it was obvious that she was upset.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was nice, but it is not in the city center.

Pros:

Bon hotel situat a les afores d'Annecy però ben comunicat amb el centre amb transport públic. Personal molt amable.
Esmorzar bo però una mica car.

L acceuil, un personnel très avenant.
Chambre très propre avec une bonne literie

D être obligé de retourner à la réception en revenant du spa car la carte était désactivé.

Nous avions fait le choix de cet hôtel pour la piscine mais elle est à l’extérieur et n’est pas chauffée du coup nous n’
