Awful place
Pros:

The location is the only positive part of this hotel.

Cons:

The heating didnt work in my room so i had to sleep in thermals / socks and a hat.

The breakfast was understocked.

The staff acted like they didnt want to be there and were miserable.

I will definately not be returning.

Bruyant, lits anciens et matelas inconfortables, aucun confort – en somme, une nuit à éviter. Pour le prix demandé, on s’attend au minimum à un sommeil réparateur et à un environnement paisible. Dommage, car l’emplacement pouvait laisser espérer mieux. À fuir, sauf si vous aimez les surprises… désagréables.

Понравилось все! Чистота, персонал топ, завтраки отличные! Все новое и большие комнаты. Персонал в моменте решает все вопросы за секунду. Я хотела поехать в 5 звезд, но все было забронировано и могу сказать, что этот отель идеальный , лучше многих 5 в Куршевеле

Da limpeza dos quartos , da vista do quarto, e dos funcionários da loja de ski

Cons:

O cafe da manha era retirado antes do do horário determinado para o encerramento, alem de não ser reposto adequadamente, também não havia funcionários suficientes para o atendimento . Vi muitos hospedes chegarem cerca de 15 minutos antes do encerramento e não ter disponivel pao, manteiga , café e leite , pra mim totalmente abdurdo .

كانت إقامة رائعة وتجربة مذهلة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة. الفريق في الفندق متعاون جداً وبشوش، وكان الأستاذ أيمن مميزاً في تعامله وحرصه على مساعدتنا في كل شيء طوال فترة الإقامة.
موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من جميع الخدمات، كما تتوفر لديهم معدات التزلج للإيجار داخل الفندق، مما سهّل علينا التجربة بشكل كبير.
الفطور متنوع ولذيذ جداً، ويضيف بداية جميلة لليوم.
