Très bon hôtel mais restaurant à améliorer
Pros:

Chambre et propreté, personnel agréable, piscine, terrasse, équipements pour enfants, possibilité de faire le check in plus tôt, 10 min de l'aéroport Lotnisko Chopin, taxi gratuit pour l'aéroport, transports en commun proches.

Cons:

Il y a un vrai problème avec la cuisine du restaurant de l'hôtel. Je ne peux rien dire sur le petit déjeuner car je ne l'ai pas pris, mais la cuisine du soir est très décevante. La nourriture n'est pas bonne et extrêmement chère par rapport à ce que c'est. Cela deux fois que je dine dans le restaurant et les deux fois j'ai été déçue. Les vins de qualité médiocre sont hors de prix. L'eau du robinet avec citron est payante!!! Du coup, j'avais soif car je ne voulais pas prendre une bouteille d'eau payante. Les serveurs sont nombreux mais ne sont pas pressés à prendre commande. J'ai dû attendre 15 minutes, alors que le restaurant était vide. Quand on paie le prix, on veut de la qualité dans l'assiette. J'ai séjourné dans l'hôtel en face, la cuisine était bonne au prix raisonnable ce qui n'est pas le cas de ce Novotel.

Polecam ten hotel
Pros:

Dobry hotel, nie pierwszy raz zatrzymujemy się w Novotelu. Pokoje są czyste, personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne — każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Do dyspozycji gości są również atrakcje takie jak tenis stołowy, bilard, piłkarzyki oraz siłownia , co jest dużym plusem.

Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy. Gdyby w pokojach była dodatkowo łyżka do butów, byłoby idealnie 🙂

Nic, prze pokój, a raczej melinę jaką dostałem przyspieszyłem swój powrót i zdałem klucz po godzinie od zameldowania.

Cons:

Brudno, śmierdziało w pokoju, wyposażenie godne hotelu z lat 70.

Dobre miejsce na nocleg w oczekiwaniu na lot z Warszawy.
Pros:

Smaczne, bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie, w niewygórowanej cenie.

Cons:

Recepcja nie podołała sprawnej obsłudze osób meldujących się w hotelu. W chwili naszego przybycia w kolejce do meldunku stało ok 7 osób, a w recepcji pracowały 2 osoby. Proces przebiegał wolno - nie wiem czy z powodu wolnej pracy obsługi czy opieszałego i skomplikowanego systemu. Ponadto nie działał automat do samodzielnego meldunku. Czekaliśmy w kolejce ok 30 minut.
