Cons:

Piscina - por ser hotel deveria estar disponivel aos hospedes, mas acontece aula de natação com crianças , muitas por sinal, inibindo o hospede a usar de fato essa instação.

Academia - aparelhos desatualizados

Cama - colchão ruim, parece de molas ensacadas, porém muito desconfortavel, além do cheio de urina.

Indicaria o hotel, principalmente para quem viaja com filhos pequenos, eles ficam muito à vontade.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e simpáticos.

Cons:

A academia poderia ser mais bem equipada. Havia poucas pessoas atendendo no restaurante (muito simpáticas e esforçadas). Porém a gente percebe que estão sobrecarregadas.

Alguns itens do café da manhã acabaram antes das 9:15 e não foram repostos. Entendo que havia muita demanda no dia, mas eu minha esposa não conseguimos aproveitar diversas opções que haviam no café, pois já tinham acabado e não foram repostos.
