Des collaborateurs robotisés mais cela est typique de groupe accord décathlon Norauto etc ….les formations finissent par être des lavages de cerveaux le personnel vous croise 20 fois et vous dit bonjours ces 20 fois il ne mémorise pas un visage alors que les responsables en costume bleu eux ne disent pas bonjour du tout.

La mujer que nos atendió en recepción fue realmente muy amable, no recuerdo su nombre. Es un hotel muy cómodo y limpio. Está muy bien la relación calidad / precio.

L'hôtel en lui-même n'est pas à la hauteur des Novotel habituels. L'accueil est peu chaleureux, comme l'hôtel qui est très froid.
