Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Ausstattung war alt.. Bad dreckig. Es hat sehr gestunken im zimmer. Einchecken war trotz Absprache nach 23uhr sehr umständlich. 2zimmerkarten aber nur eine Funktion.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und es ist für einen Citytrip ideal.
Pros:

Lage direkt neben dem HBF war toll. Es gab eine direkte Anbindung mit Bus und Strassenbahn.Das Früstück war auch sehr gut und ausreichend. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und eine sehr ruhige Lage zum Innenhof.

Perfekte Lage

Direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Lage war perfekt.

Der Straßenverkehr inklusive Straßenbahn ist bei Zimmerlage Richtung Bahnhof deutlich zu hören.

Lage am Bahnhof ist einerseits gut.... dafür aber auch laut.

Cons:

Frühstück war TK, schlechte Auswahl. Orangensaft-Ersatz. Wellness sind die Liegen am Boden. Keine Umkleide, keine Schließfächer. Zimmer sind abgewohnt. Fenster lange nicht gereinigt. Das Hotel machte auf mich einen nicht so guten Eindruck.

Die wir zum Hauptbahnhof ist super. Das Personal ist immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs muss als blinde Person sehr hilfreich ist.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher und kaffee/Tee mehr auf dem Zimmer, das ist sehr schade.
Das Wasser aus der Dusche kommt ziemlich dürftig, so dass es lähger dauert zu duschen als notwendig wäre.
Das Licht im Zimmer könnte auch besser sein. Es gibt nur Steh- und Schreibtischlampe und das Fenster ist ziemlich niedrig. Dadurch wirkt das Zimmer eher dunkel.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, Zimmer zum fairen Preis, absolut ausreichend komfortabel ohne viel Schnickschnack. Top-Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit Bus- und Bahnanschluss sowie Mieträderparkplatz. Wir waren mehrere Male dort und immer zufrieden.
