Lovely hospitality and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Great place for a stop over and to visit the town of Troyes. Great for dogs and their owners

Location is a bit remote from town set in an industrial estate.

Ontbijt was redelijk goed, basic maar oké

Cons:

Kamer en badkamer ZEER verouderd met schimmel op badkamerplafond
Tafels, deuren, trapleuning… alles om het gelijkvloers, bij de receptie en het restaurant (binnen) had een vieze vettige laag er op liggen
Eten (diner) was echt niet goed: textuur van babyvoeding, frieten die zo donker en vettig gebakken waren dat je amper kon herkennen dat het van een aardappel komt, zelfs poke bowl was echt niet oké.

Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

We stayed here for a quick stopover while travelling through France, it was very comfortable and convenient - most importantly had good aircon in the room. There was lots of nice green space surrounding the property, which was perfect for our dog. The food at the restaurant was very basic, but fine. Service was good, all friendly staff.

Cons:

Rien de ce que nous apprécions au Golden Tulip n'a subsisté.
Même une demande de lit-jumeaux demeurée sans réponse qui ne leur serait pas parvenue.
Ou imposer l'accès à la chambre à 15h alors que nous déjeunions sur place jusqu'à 14h.
Intransigeance qui nous dissuade d'un 5° séjour.

Het personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

De badkamer en toilet waren ernstig gedateerd, douchen in bad met hoge instap is gevaarlijk, een douchegordijn is vies. Bed was veel te hard. Te weinig personeel tijdens diner, twee keer on drinken gevraagd niet gekregen, het was te veel voor ze.
