Disappointing stay.
Pros:

Location good with plenty of restaurants around. Spacious parking. Staff friendly and did their best in trying conditions.

Cons:

In need of some care. Air conditioning not working - we changed our rooms after being invited to check out the efficiency of air.con.in several other rooms and ended up in the best of those although not great. Keys not working - we had to have new keys every day. Toilet seat loose and after adjustment wouldn’t stay up.
Altogether the whole place looked very tired.

Ruime kamer met waterkoker en apart toilet, wat met gezin wel fijn is, lekkere douche, airco, leuk barretje, zwembad, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt en dat voor een heel schappelijke prijs

Une première bonne expérience.
Pros:

Proximité lieux repas et sorties d'autoroute.
L'entrée et l'accueil sont très sympas.
Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive et le personnel à été très accueillant.
Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Bornes de recharge ! Mais l'une en panne et donc seulement 3 disponibles.
Notre arrivée tardive ne m'a pas donné la possibilité de charger à 100%. Il serait intéressant de disposer de bornes lentes que l'on pourrait brancher toute la nuit.

Perfekt für die Durchreise in die Bretagne und für einen Zwischenstopp um sich die schöne Stadt Amiens anzuschauen, dafü
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zur Autobahn, im Sommer tolle Abkühlung im Pool, Matratze im Bett war super, Badezimmer praktisch und sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Gäste Klappsofa ist nicht so komfortabel und ich finde Teppichböden unhygienisch.

Es hat einen gepflegten Außenpool.

Cons:

Leider zu wenig Personal. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, aber es wurden Snacks aus der Küche angeboten. Die bestellten Salate waren ihren Preis wert, jedoch die angebotene Lasagne nicht.

Bonne emplacement et tout a proximité !!! Piscine = Top !!

Cons:

Hôtel qui doit vraiment être rénové !! Urgent !! Ça commence à être urgent oui!!! Paysagiste le mercredi matin : bruyant et désordonné..vis qui dépasse dans la SDB ( photo jointe) et toilette plein de calcaire ( photo jointe également)

Voor één nacht goed te doen. Maar kan stukken beter.
Pros:

De kamer was voldoende ruim en voldeed aan de verwachtingen van een dergelijk hotel.
De service en bediening was OK. Het eten en het ontbijt waren goed.
Het zwembad is OK, maar niet best onderhouden.

Cons:

Het hotel is erg gedateerd. Verschillende onderdelen zien en onverzorgd, half kapot of slecht uit.
In de badkamer is alleen een bad, waarin je moet douchen. Her bad is glad en er is geen mogelijkheid de douchekop te bevestigen. Volkomen ongeschikt voor oudere mensen.

The pool

Cons:

- Staff were like zombies and never around when you needed someone.
- The day we checked in staff were having a full on argument which could be heard all through reception area.
- the air-Conditioning didn't work and were told nothing could be done. Room was 35 degrees. No possibility of changing rooms. Hubby spent most of the night in the car.
- breakfast - no plates, no glasses, pretty much every table had dirty dishes. Guests were finding their own crockery and cutlery from other areas.
- asked to speak to manager only to be told there wasn't one. Manager was on holidays.
- despite advertising English speaking staff, very little communication was possible.
- after second complaint we went to another hotel and they refunded our money.
- this hotel Does not Deserve to bear the Novotel name.
- by far the worst Novotel we have stayed in, in our travels around the World.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Nous avions beaucoup d’appréhensions au vue des différents commentaires, alors certe un rafraîchissement et une modernisation ne serait pas du luxe mais clairement on est loin de la catastrophe annoncée de certains comm, on voit l’usure du temps mais c’est propre, plutôt agréable et le personnel est vraiment au top, les repas ou même juste moments passés au bord de la piscine très agréables, piscine propre et accueillante, restauration très bien, petit déjeuner aussi, nous ne sommes pas dans un palace à 350€ la nuit… le rapport qualité prix est donc excellent, nous réserverons de nouveau avec plaisir
