נתנתי 1 כי אי אפשר לתת 0.
לא משנה כמה הדיל טוב, כמה לא אכפת לכם ואתם ישנים בסה״כ לילה אחד במלון *אל* תסגרו פה.
מעולם אבל מ ע ו ל ם לא נתקלתי בשירות לקוחות כזה מזעזע ! העובדי קבלה חושבים שעושים לנו טובה שבפועל הם בסה״כ עושים את העבודה שלהם.
בפרט עובד הקבלה סתיו שטען שהרמתי את הקול שלי והחליט לצרוח מול כל הקבלה וכל האורחים בטון שעוד לא יצא לי להיתקל וטען שהוא יכול לצרוח יותר חזק כי הוא זמר אופרה לטענתו.. דיבר בזלזול ואף קילל ברוסית. בנוסף לסתיו היה את עובד הקבלה מוחמד שחשב שהוא עושה לנו טובה בזה שהוא מביא לנו את החדר שעליו שילמנו (קיבלנו חדר שלא שילמנו עליו והיה פיצפון!) כמובן שגם עם מוחמד הדו שיח היה מלווה ברגשות נחיתות שלו כי הוא נפגע שביקשתי מה ששילמתי עבורו לאחר שעה של ייאוש לקבל את החדר שעליו שילמנו הוא החליט להרים טלפון אל המנהל שלו הכל נפתר.
לסיום לא להתקרב אלא אם בא לכם להתעסק כל החופשה בריבים במקום בלהנות.

הקבלה היתה מהירה, המחיר הוגן והצוות נחמד

החדר היה מוכן לשני אנשים למרות שציינו ששלושה ישהו בחדר והיינו צריכים לבקש שיביאו את כל מה שחסר. החדר היה נקי אך הקומה הסריחה מסיגריות.

האוכל היה בינוני, ובכללי הכל היה נראה מכוון למינימום. שום דבר לא היה מאוד רע אבל הכל היה סביר מינוס. בשביל מים קרים היה צריך לרדת ללובי לברזייה היחידה נראה לי במלון.
