Jerusalem Gate Hotel needs to be friendly to all, regardless of background, and to label meals clear
Pros:

The location is excellent, and I can move around easily, and the WiFi is good.

Cons:

Their room is manageable; there's no bottled water in the room. I have to go down to the reception to get water, but the hotel's cost is overpriced. For breakfast, Jerusalem Gate Hotel needs to do better by making it more accessible and inclusive and by clearly labelling it so others know what they're eating.

Convenient parking and nearby public transportation but experienced some maintenance issues
Pros:

The room was spacious, good hot water and water pressure, nice breakfast, convenient free parking.

Cons:

The beds kept separating-should have an option for clamping them together so it was uncomfortable.
The AC heating was loud and difficult to control the temperature. One reading lamp was burned out,
the handrail in the tub was loose, the room seemed to be missing an armchair in the empty corner.
In all, it seemed to have some maintenance issues.

Cons:

Building public areas are very dull and dated
External of all windows filthy Could do with some TLC
