Pros:

The most important thing for me when staying at a hotel is having a comfortable bed, and this one was incredible. I slept like a log. The room overlooked Memorial Drive and I was worried it might be noisy, but I didn't hear a thing. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was lovely, and the room had everything I could need. It's also in a great location. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

This is very, very minor, but if you're ever making changes in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a shower option that isn't a rain head (so you could choose)

It was OK, but a bit disappointing.
Pros:

Great location. Nice bar, sitting area. Rooms a good size.

Cons:

The air vents in the room blasted continuous cold air, unrelated to the air con. We had to move rooms as the air vent was particularly noisy. Breakfast a bit disappointing - had to go and find someone on reception to replenish supplies. Low staff, presumably due to Thanksgiving, meant restaurant was closed for 2 nights. Not great value for money.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, à taille humaine, parking sur place, personnel sympathique !
Chambre très confortable, salle de bains spacieuse.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner basique, peu de places pour s'assoir. Lorsque la salle était pleine, il nous a été proposé de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Il faisait 11 degrés dehors...
De gros travaux de voirie en face de l'hôtel et immeuble en construction juste à côté (août 2026).

Cozy room with fireplace
Pros:

The bed was perfect and the fireplace made the room super cozy. The neighborhood is nice either way restaurants and shops. About a ten minute walk to downtown.

Wish I could have extended my stay

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed during my birthday and reception waived the parking fee, left chocolate truffles in my room with a sweet birthday note, and a towel shaped into a birthday cake! It truly made my stay feel special! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable!!

Cons:

The one thing that didn’t sit right with me, was at around 11:30 pm my boyfriend came to visit me, and reception just let him in and gave him a room key. All he did was say my name and room number and they gave the room key with no hesitation. From a safety stand point, anyone could just say my name and room number, and have access to my hotel room; at least this was someone I knew. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but still better than other hotels.

Lovely hotel but major issue
Pros:

So, the hotel is lovely, very European, decent breakfast and nice rooms. We spent 5 nights here and had booked for a dinner in their Oxbow restaurant, which has great reviews. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told it was now being used for a private event and we had to eat in the bar. This is the bar with the tv playing, people cleaning tables with spray bottles, definitely not the high end dining we had expected. We did receive an apology and a glass of cava, but shouldn’t the hotel have phoned us ahead of time and told us they were not honoring our reservation? Then we could have decided to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service.
