Nice and clean and good location. Plenty of bars and eateries around the corner and a ten minute walk from downtown
Had to pay for the parking even though the hotel wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a bit lame and could have done with more hot food
In a great location near lots of cute cafes and local shops, so very easy to walk and explore. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was nice but simple - no hot foods, but coffee, some fruits and bagels. The property itself felt a bit dated/simple, but the bed was very comfortable and our room was clean. Would likely stay here again on a return trip to Calgary.
The best hotel I've been to. I loved everything.
Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but satisfying
Please spend another couple of bucks on decent orange juice at breakfast

5 ⭐️
The hotel is in a busy area so there is not a view of any kind. The views are when you step outside.
We stay here every couple of years because of the location. It is in the heart of Kensington and walkable to so many sights along the river.
Beautiful boutique hotel - nice spacious room, we had the Executive King. Comfy bed and clean room. Went there for our anniversary and it was nice of the staff to make it extra special as many of them wished us Happy Anniversary in passing
Clean, modern well kept
Excellent location
Nice continental breakfast
Friendly helpful staff
Nothing
The staff were all very pleasant and genuinely helpful. Very quiet. Food was outstanding from breakfast, though Happy Hour, to dinner. In short, the best way to describe a stay at the Kensington is that it is "quite civilized".
No quibbles.
The staff was so amazing.
Room was beautiful and so clean
Nice and close to small shops, dining and bars
Breakfast was delicious
Everything was perfect here. The room was well-thought out (even has a door stopper so the door doesn't close while you're moving luggage), clean, comfortable, quiet and everything worked. The location was absolutely perfect. The young Asian man that checked me in was friendly and helpful. He also took extra time answering my questions along with showing me maps of the area on his screen. If you need a luxurious room at a very reasonable cost, this is it.
Great hotel except one thing which prevented sleeping - the noise from the in house commercial laundry machines which operate late into night and early morning was. Unfortunately it was so bad it prevented sleeping.
