Cozy room with fireplace
Pros:

The bed was perfect and the fireplace made the room super cozy. The neighborhood is nice either way restaurants and shops. About a ten minute walk to downtown.

Exceptional
Pros:

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed during my birthday and reception waived the parking fee, left chocolate truffles in my room with a sweet birthday note, and a towel shaped into a birthday cake! It truly made my stay feel special! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable!!

Cons:

The one thing that didn’t sit right with me, was at around 11:30 pm my boyfriend came to visit me, and reception just let him in and gave him a room key. All he did was say my name and room number and they gave the room key with no hesitation. From a safety stand point, anyone could just say my name and room number, and have access to my hotel room; at least this was someone I knew. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but still better than other hotels.

Lovely hotel but major issue
Pros:

So, the hotel is lovely, very European, decent breakfast and nice rooms. We spent 5 nights here and had booked for a dinner in their Oxbow restaurant, which has great reviews. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told it was now being used for a private event and we had to eat in the bar. This is the bar with the tv playing, people cleaning tables with spray bottles, definitely not the high end dining we had expected. We did receive an apology and a glass of cava, but shouldn’t the hotel have phoned us ahead of time and told us they were not honoring our reservation? Then we could have decided to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Cons:

Limited breakfast, same on the bar service. There are plenty of options close by. Late night noise an issue.

Conforto, descanso e boa localização.
Pros:

Cama muito confortável. Chuveiro com boa pressão, além da opção do uso da banheira. Quarto muito silencioso e com boa iluminação. Tem uma pequena varanda dando um charme extra ao quarto. Gostei muito da arrumação do quarto. Pequeno café da manhã gostoso. Próximo a vários bares e restaurantes para curtir o fim de tarde.

Pros:

Os quartos são bons, grandes e modernos.

Cons:

Nao é um hotel 5 estrelas. Nem de longe. Classificação errada no Booking.
Café da manhã péssimo. Sem opções.
Não há quase funcionários no hotel.
Não há carregadores para malas.
Não havia um funcionário full time no restaurante na hora do café da manhã.
Não recomendo.
Booking precisa rever a classificação do hotel.

A Safe Retreat
Pros:

The room was spacious. Breakfast was lovely & the restaurant was an extra bonus - beautiful food. It was in a safe, convenient neighborhood with transport links close by.

Cons:

The room was quite dark - some brighter reading lights would be nice.
