Una estancia fantástica, de diez
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó el personal amable y atento del hotel.
Otro aspecto a destacar la ubicación, la terraza, el desayuno.
En general todo ha sido fantástico en nuestra estancia

Good shower.

Restaurant and bar lovely.

Cons:

VERY noisy. You can hear everything from neighbours and because the stairwell isn't blocked off, you can here everyone up and down. Seemed to get quiet after midnight.

Great central location but still very quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

One of the reception team we dealt with was quite unfriendly and unhelpful compared to other hotels we stayed in during our time in Mallorca.

Un buon albergo con ottima posizione
Pros:

Siamo stati in questo albergo 4 notti e ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene. Abbiamo scelto una stanza con vista cattedrale/mare (assolutamente consigliata). La stanza era al sesto piano con un’ampia vetrata ed un terrazzino con sedie e tavolino, perfetti per godersi la vista aperta e lo splendido panorama.
La camera era peraltro nuovissima, veramente bella, arredata con gusto ed in modo funzionale (con ampio armadio in legno, con grande spazio per riporre tutto quanto) il bagno non grande, ma funzionale, con ampia doccia e comodo piano d’appoggio, il lavandino era in realtà più un lavamani, date le piccole dimensioni. Qualche carenza, facilmente migliorabile: non c’erano gli accappatoi (ne abbiamo fatto richiesta ma ci hanno detto che non ne hanno proprio), non una cuffia doccia, non un bicchiere (anche di questo abbiamo fatto richiesta e ci hanno mandato allo Sky bar a prenderlo). Sempre sorridenti le signore di servizio che sistemano le camere, alto livello della pulizia.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i prodotti sono complessivamente di qualità e freschi, ma la scelta è limitata, caffè e cappuccino dalle macchinette, succhi di frutta industriali, non è una colazione che si fa ricordare.

Top location in the heart of the city

Cons:

The street is very noisy and it gets disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Look for a room which is overlooking at the back and not the at the main street in front.

Pros:

Me gustó todo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro pero no en todo el meollo. Además, la parada de la línea de autobús que te lleva al aeropuerto está a 2 min. Otra cosa que me gustó es que por el retraso en una reunión tuve que hacer el check out media hora más tarde y no me pusieron ningún problema.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind extra, das Einzelzimmer ist verbesserungsbedürftig
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Die Rooftop-Bar bietet einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf Palma.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte ein Minifenster zum Innenhof, es war leider die ganze Zeit dunkel. Außerdem war es extrem hellhörig. Länger als eine Nacht hätte ich es dort nicht ausgehalten.
