A very nice boutique hotel in a central location with excellent staff.
Pros:

Location and room decor. The breakfast was very good and the staff was welcoming.

Cons:

The restaurant is to noisy. You need to install a door at the restaurant entrance which can easily be closed to keep the noise from disturbing the upper floors.

The staff were excellent, excellent location. Very clean & comfortable

Cons:

Only slight niggle was you can hear the lift going up and down even though you are not close to it, late at night.
Would not put me off returning

The most amazing breakfast, location and staff. 5 stars all the way.
Pros:

The location is the best in Palma. We walked the town and drove it to the fullest and believe me the location is the best. If we ever come back we will be staying here again.

Cons:

C’est un peu bruyant (dans les couloirs,ça résonne)
Nous étions au dessus de la salle de petit déjeuner et le matin on entendait les chaises.

Boa localização e comodidade. Processo de atendimento deficitário.
Pros:

A localização era muito boa e o quarto era muito confortável.

Cons:

O atendimento poderia ser melhor. Não tive resposta da acomodação sobre recomendação de estacionamento e nem sobre quando relatei um contato estranho por WhatsApp pedindo para colocar dados do cartão em um link.
