Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to one member of staff. We left a suit behind and returned a few days later to collect it, giving the front desk about five minutes’ notice. Upon arrival the check-in staff member immediately began lecturing me that five minutes was nowhere near enough and that they need at least thirty. He told me I should “be more sensible,” speaking in a rude, condescending, and derogatory manner. I never pressured anyone or demanded the suit on the spot—I simply walked in—and he still launched into this unnecessary scolding.
On top of that, the internal noise throughout the hotel was extremely loud and disruptive.

Pros:

It was a lovely stay overall, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

I wasn't comfortable with the pets being brought inside the hotel. Even if the hotel's policies allow pets, I personally didn't feel comfortable because the hotel is exceptionally clean, and I prefer to keep that environment separate from pets. I wanted to share my feedback respectfully, as it affected my overall comfort during my stay.

Great location and clean, well equipped hotel for a short break in Palma
Pros:

Clean, simple and modern bedroom with quiet air conditioning. Excellent breakfast choice.

Cons:

We had a roadside bedroom which did stay a bit noisy throughout the night. Take earplugs

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je odlicna, u samom centru grada i sve je na desetak minuta hoda, sto je super za upoznavanje grada. Recepcija radi 0/24 i pomogli su nam sa svim upitima i cak i preporucili neke barove i restorane. Soba je bila cista, s lijepim balkonom i pogledom na glavnu aveniju. Dorucak je bio bogat, sa puno opcija, a restoran na vrhu s prelijepim pogledom na cijeli grad je savrsen za popiti koktel na kraju dana!

Très bon hôtel et nuit torride.
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'accessibilité, chambre canon, belle vue sur la cathédrale depuis la chambre 801.

Cons:

L'insonorisation entre la 801 et la 802 est à revoir, les nuits torrides des voisins ne sont pas censées nous réveiller.

Unglaubliche Aussicht, gutes Essen für einen sehr fairen Preis.
Pros:

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist das Highlight! Man sollte auch das 3-Gänge-Menu nicht verpassen zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.
Die Zimmer sind aber auch sehr hochwertig und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Evt. dass man auf der Dachterasse auch schon frühstücken könnte?
