Rommet var skittent og slitt, det var satt inn en konferanse tv på stativ, ledninger overalt. Merker på vegger, sluken var tett.

Credit card was charged without authorization
Pros:

Hotel was pleasant, but they charged my credit card after check out without any authorization. I try to contact them several times thru call and email but didn't get any response.

Enjoyable experience had from start to finish.
Pros:

One of the best breakfasts to have had in a hotel. Fresh food with exceptional choice. Choice of smoothies were marvellous and fresh salad and fruit too.

Cons:

Was happy with everything.

Fint hotell og hyggelig betjening
Pros:

Sentralt, kan parkere bilen og gå rundt i byen, også mulighet for parkering i bakgården men litt tullete innkjøring

Cons:

Tullete innkjøring til parkeringen bak hotellet, man må krysse fortauet og når du kjører ut derfra så ser du ikke om det kommer noen , skulle vært speil begge veier så man har bedre oversikt, her kan det fort skje noe dersom noen kommer i litt fart

Anbefales! Utmerket hotell midt i sentrum.
Pros:

Sjøutsikt. Godt frokostutvalg, også for gluten-og laktosefri. Stort enkeltrom. God seng. Veldig hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Når vinduet var åpent, kom nattestøyen inn. Livlig i Harstad sentrum denne godværshelgen.

Pros:

Nært alt. Fint rom, god plass, rent. Hyggelig personale. Bra frokost.

Cons:

Ønskelig med parkering for alle gjester.
Mangler hylle på badet for å sette toalettsaker. Spesielt på familierom for 4 stk.
MYE støy fra uteplass! Holdt oss våken lenge om natta. Uteservering? Skulle blitt opplyst eller lagt ørepropper tilgjengelig. Fikk utdelt neste dag etter forespørsel.
