One person there was great to work with, Tanya went out of her way to provide great service.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, it was good for the price, although we were over charged and the refund has not happened yet, even though the manager told us it had been sent!

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned for 3 days! The toilet had black mold around the rim, even after I told them about it, they still didn’t remove it! The staff was lacking, in good service the 24 hour coffee bar was out of cups and the desk clerk said you can get some in the next building!

Pros:

We asked for our sheets to be changed 4 times during our stay it never got done. They eventually gave me sheets to do it myself. The light in the bath room didn't work and the light and Charing out let also didn't work. I dont think I woukd stay here again.

Cons:

The pool was nice my kids liked the pool it was close to everywhere we went. The rooms were nice size.

Pros:

Good location, relaxing calm spot to stay. Reasonable prices ,good breakfast, nice pool, nice staff

Cons:

A little outdated but that's no issue the beds did look remade not fresh, stains on pillows and cover, bed looked used.

Gross, Not well taken care of.

The elevator was broken the bathroom had mold and the front desk worker took 17 minutes to get to the front

Will never book this hotel again and I would suggest Booking.com stop booking thru their website.

Location was the only good thing

Cons:

Staff was horrible-while trying to check in the desk clerk was on cell phone texting while trying to get us checked in—how rude! No TV remote-went to desk to get one (twice) and neither worked. Clerk came to room and tried to show us how to manually work TV-she had to You Tube instructions. Was told after checking in that elevator was “down” and we had to take luggage up two flights of stairs-explained to her that after knee surgery I needed room on bottom floor and no stairs she would not even consider that-just said there was nothing on ground floor and they didn’t know the elevator wouldn’t be available when I booked the room. I think overall the worst thing was the lack of any kind of attempt at customer service. Please ask employees to STOP paying more attention to cell phones than paying customers.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Wish they would’ve had bacon or sausage for breakfast. And a cover over the canopy by pool. Maybe some umbrellas by pool.

Good and Bad
Pros:

Looked that it was close to stores and restaurants. Liked that the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 days and it was still broken. Our room stunk like mildew really bad and the floor was dirty when we checked in. Our door lock became broken and we had to switch rooms. That second room was much better and did not smell. You also took $30 off our price. Thank you for that.

Train housekeepers in customer service, Was not acceptable

Cons:

Housekeeping was terrible. Had to change our own sheets and when asked to have our floors cleaned was handed a broom

First my room had very bad wet smell which made the bed damp. The bathroom ceiling and door frame was completely covered in droplets of water. We were in the top floor. Well stay again.

The employees were nice and welcoming

Cons:

Could use some upgrading, no telephone, no ironing board. The other visitors were very disrespectful and were loud talking at 3 to 4 o'clock in the morning, loud television. The housekeeper only changed out towels and not the linens. Two men were sitting in lawn chairs in the front of the hotel and drinking beer. I felt like I was in a bad and unsafe area.
