The location was great

Cons:

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude not just us, but to the other people she was on her phone constantly during the conversation. The pool is the size of a postage stamp. The bedroom was supposed to have had a couch and a table in it, it didn’t have either one of these just a huge blank space. We would go down to get coffee and they told us we couldn’t have any till 630 that’s when it started and there was no coffee at any other time so we ended up having to go out to get coffee. I was also supposed to have a safe in the room. There wasn’t one. The hallway was dirty. The elevator did not work and we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. They finally got it working, but it never came all the way to the floor. It was either above the floor or just below the floor. people checked out above us, and it sounded like a wrestling and running match every single night, and the people checked in next to us and could hear the kids fighting and the parents woke us up at 1 am banging on the door because they locked themselves out. the refrigerator was broken on the door in two spots that was supposed to hold your drinks in it.

Pros:

Front desk staff were excellent. Location to the Wharf was excellent. Location to shopping and restaurants was great.

Cons:

Breakfast. We got to breakfast and they had nothing left. I asked for a muffin and they did bring one out. No milk for cereal.
