Pros:

Some of the staff were exceptional while some had horrible attitudes

Cons:

The fact the pool was down the whole time an it was obvious there was nothing wrong with the pool. Maintenance even said it was because some of the staff just didn't want to clean

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was good

Cons:

Shift changes didn’t really seem to communicate to each other. I was supposed to get a discount for our thermostat not working and it’s been 10 days and hotel management is confused along with booking.com.
When I was standing in line to check out the people behind me their TV wasn’t working

Pros:

Melissa was very helpful. We arrived to check in, and we were told the pool was closed due to structural damage. This was the one amenity we wanted besides breakfast. So she said she would cancel the trip free of charge if we could find another hotel. She even went as far as pulling up other hotels and looking for a good deal. So we drove around and looked at some and found one across from the beach. Melissa was amazing and very sweet.

Pool closed due to structural damage, and this is not mentioned on booking.com or their website.

Cons:

Random plug ins didn't work, tub was missing a handrail like it had broken off and they just left the holes gaped open. Booking app lied about the proximity to the venue. Costs way more than the room was worth!

Mildew & mold made this place the most disgusting hotel room I've ever stayed in.

Cons:

The visible mold on door frames. Mildew pumping out of the AC causing us to all wake up sick each morning. Everything was damp and dank. Our clothes smelled so bad when we got home, we had to wash everything. The boogers on the wall in the bathroom. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Hotel smelled of weed. Pool was closed. Overall, everything was just dirty and disgusting. I cringe to think this is acceptable to rent to people.

Never going back there again… they don’t care who they book in their rooms.. A thousand kids in one room..

It was close to the beach

Cons:

The tenants let their kids run n play n knock on random door all times of the nite.. My toilet leaks.. They advertising a pool but it’s closed down… I took my kids on this trip for the pool experience

This is our second time staying here,and I enjoyed it. Everyone was nice,helpful,and friendly.
