Impeccable Hospitality at the Cadogan
Pros:

My husband and I recently stayed at the Cadogan for our ten year anniversary trip. Our entire stay was phenomenal start to finish.

While the hotel is immaculate and designed beautifully, what stood out the most was the care and attentiveness of the Cadogan staff. Each member of the team was not only warm and professional, but genuinely interested in our trip and getting to know us. As an example, when they learned we were traveling without our two small children, they surprised us with small teddy bears to take home to our kids! This was such meaningful touch that we won’t forget.

A few team members to highlight from our stay:

Thomas at reception was ourstaning and incredibly helpful, he offered wonderful recommendations and greeted us warmly each day.

Finn delivered our breakfast each morning with impeccable service.

Spencer, the doorman, was equally fantastic. He both efficient with our bags and welcoming.

The Cadogan made our anniversary feel truly special. We cannot wait to return with our children and family one day so they can experience this wonderful place with us!

Luxury stay in great London location
Pros:

Intimate luxury hotel with helpful staff. Beautifully appointed room with comfortable bed, amazing tub and shower. Great location in Chelsea across from beautiful garden and a 5 minute walk to Sloane square station.

Staff seemed badly trained. Disorganised. Expensive breakfast but the staff kept bringing the wrong things. Didn’t have the usual and wonderful Belmond vibe really disappointing not value for money

A genuine 5 star boutique hotel
Pros:

Service, ambience and location makes this hotel hard to beat. From arrival to departure, staff were welcoming and professional throughout making you feel at home. Quality and presentation of food was superb. Highly recommend.

Excellence in Every Way
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located on Sloan Street, easy to several tube stations as well as a major bus hub. The concierge service is beyond helpful, willing to reach out for whatever you need. The rooms are large and well stocked. We had delicious breakfasts with great service.

Friendly staff, but the food needs improvement.
Pros:

Good location, nice hotel, cozy rooms. Very clean. Excellent staff — friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant was very poor, both at breakfast and dinner.

Pros:

From the moment you approach the hotel and greeted by the doorman, the reception and concierge team, you know you are going to have a wonderful time and well looked after by the hotel team. The hotel is intimate, warm and approachable. The staff and the service is impeccable at every level. Sophisticated wonderful afternoon tea

A wonderful afternoon tea at The Cadogan Lounge. I actually had the Festive edition running during year end season’s holiday.
A very elegant atmosphere curated in all aspects.
Impeccable service and great food by Benoit Blin.
