Pros:

There was enough space to accommodate our family. And still room to move about comfortably.

Cons:

The breakfast area was cold. We were sitting in there and kind of rushed our breakfast as our food got cold and our infant granddaughter was getting cold while trying to eat.

Pros:

Hotel is nice room is spacious. Rachel at front desk is great very professional
Housekeeping is ok. They don’t speak English and will walk into your room before check out

Pros:

Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was real good.

Cons:

I stand in a suit. The only thing I suggest is putting another TV in area where the couch is.

We stayed two nights and would stay at this location again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, many choices, something for everyone, very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our destination of Plymouth for whale watching. There was a gas station right next door. Manager recommended a bar and grill for dinner that was very good and only a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

My stay was frustrating.
Cons:

Booking through a third party turned into a nightmare. Paid for 2 rooms through Booking.com, upon arrival, hotel claimed they were only paid for 1 room so had to pay for the second room again. Upon checkout, hotel refused to provide a receipt for either room so it could be provided to Booking.com for reimbursement of the second room. Now have to jump through hoops to try and get this resolved or I am out $700.
