Cleanliness was maintained, the hotel service guy was friendly

Cons:

1. Though clean, cockroaches were there & created a mess
2. Frequent power cut-off
3. The owner is a very smart guy. He never says an extra charge will be taken if checkout time is extended. He waits for us to cross the time, & that time he says, extra to be paid.
4. Seems like these guys are running these hotels for businesses, they don't value people's money

Cons:

Emergency exit doors were locked. Which is very dangerous if any Emergency happened. Recently many such incidents happened. Emergency exits must be open, unobstructed and clear at all times.
