​For a budget hotel in this area, the physical facilities themselves are fairly standard and about what you would expect for the price point. Unfortunately, severe cleanliness and hygiene issues make it impossible to recommend staying here in its current state.

​Toilet & Bathroom Hygiene: The condition of the toilets is extremely poor. Bathrooms are not properly sanitized or scrubbed with actual detergent, leaving them unpleasant and unacceptable even for budget accommodations.

​Linens & Towels: The bed sheets, blankets, duvet covers, and bath towels—which were clearly white originally—have discolored to a dark grey. They are heavily stained and, in several places, visibly torn. Basic hygiene requires that beddings and towels be discarded or thoroughly bleached when they reach this state.

​Unsanitary Staff Practices: The most concerning issue was observing hotel staff using the pantry sink—where guest plates and dining utensils are washed—to rinse their mouths. This is a severe health violation and needs to be strictly prohibited immediately.

​Final Verdict:

The property has potential given its location and facilities, but management urgently needs to step in. Staff require immediate training on basic personal hygiene standards and sanitary food-handling practices, alongside a complete overhaul of house-keeping procedures and an immediate replacement of worn-out linens.

Pros:

Location was quite ok near to railway station

Cons:

Have opted for brkfast where in they said kids will not be considered for brkfast and per person you will get only one food item which will be also limited.

We have selected pay at hotel option however I got a call from hotel and asked to pay partial amount else booking will be cancelled

Pros:

Cleanliness was maintained, the hotel service guy was friendly

Cons:

1. Though clean, cockroaches were there & created a mess
2. Frequent power cut-off
3. The owner is a very smart guy. He never says an extra charge will be taken if checkout time is extended. He waits for us to cross the time, & that time he says, extra to be paid.
4. Seems like these guys are running these hotels for businesses, they don't value people's money

Cons:

Emergency exit doors were locked. Which is very dangerous if any Emergency happened. Recently many such incidents happened. Emergency exits must be open, unobstructed and clear at all times.
