Accueil chaleureux et personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. Que ce soit au restaurant, à la réception ou les agents polyvalents, tout le monde a été bienveillant et professionnel. Mention spéciale à Samuel, un monsieur d’une bienveillance exceptionnelle qui a contribué à rendre notre première expérience à Johannesburg très agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et bien accompagnés tout au long du séjour.

Rien en particulier, c'était globalement satisfaisant.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier sécurisé.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un accueil déplorable pour le check in, la personne n'était pas du tout agréable.
Concernant l'hôtel, l'environnement est très froid dans les parties communes qui donnent sur des mini parking, sortir de sa chambre pour aller au restaurant requiert de tout traverser avec l'air qui rentre dans les couloirs...
La première nuit impossible de dormir à cause du bruit des moteurs de climatisation qui sont sur le mur extérieur des chambres. La deuxième nuit les plombs ont sauté dans notre chambre ce qui nous a réveillé une seconde fois.
Le petit déjeuner est passable: proposer du café soluble je n'ai jamais vu cela surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing, et pour des clients en demi pension même pas proposer un vrai café et dire que c'est en supplément c'est très moyen...
La piscine est très mal exposée et donne sur le parking donc aucun intérêt.

Pros:

Breakfast was a good variety and staff were hospitable and friendly.
Staff knew us and catered to our needs, cheerfully provided a cart ride to and from Beach room anytime of day or night.
Your staff are amazing people!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel bei einem fairen Preis.
Pros:

Das Essen war super, das Hotel war sicher. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Jakuzzi war immer warm, obwohl es Herbst war. Man konnte die Skyline von Johannesburg sehen und das Hotel hat einen Generator, der auch sieben Mal angegangen ist.

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte nur Hanteln bis 20 kg im Fitnessstudio.

Esta reserva eu pedi para cancelar pois não ia utilizar mas usei dois dias anteriores no hotel na reserva do meu marido

The hotel staff was amazing, professional and friendly, but the restaurant was a disaster.

The hotel staff was amazing, my room was lovely, though i got lost coz there is no clear indication or directions to direct my way around from the restaurant.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what i expected, i requested a take-away as i was running late - they mixed baked beans, chicken livers and eggs in one container, it was a mess.. did not enjoy it.

The restaurant was my lowlight - i went there after checking in for dinner, the staff was not that welcoming, took time to even order a drink, my meals took time to arrive and my chops were burnt, i told the waiter and he just dismissed me and did nothing about it, didn't even offer changing them. i didn't not finish my food coz i did not enjoy it at all.

the waiter did not attend to me, i had to call him to bring me my bill which took 15 minutes to arrive and another 15 min waiting to make payment.
