Location
Dirty windows. Shower had mould
Nice pool although very busy
The carpark is awful and was full so we had to park in another carpark which was a bit inconvenient
How freindly and helpful the staff are
The location is great
The room was tired and not very clean
Nice breakfast in a stunning location
Can't think of anything
A great short break, the rooms are very clean and well proportioned. Breakfast was very good espcially as its in the Penthose, fab views of the Hoe and Plymoth Sound. Ideally situated close to the town centre also for a greta walk along the Hoe and down into the Barbacan.
The ubderground carpark can be a bit tight to navigate, wasn't built for mordern SUV's.
The views, location very good and the staff very helpful.
The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Small bathroom.
Everything
Good location to theatre
No security, doors from car park not locked easily accessible by anyone into hotel, also lifts can be accessed by anyone. Sat in bar Friday night a homeless man comes in asks to use toilet, told no, got very aggressive with barman who was on his own, the man was swearing and very aggressive eventually another man came out to help the barman but not before the man was threatening and shouting swear words, it was actually quite scary. On another note we found a week old sandwich in our fridge
Location, facilities, breakfast.
Bathroom was very small.
yes staff need training on how booking works
I stated i had breakfast included, they were adamant it stated not, i reluctanty shrugged shoulders as was tired and needed no justification, once a few moments wer chosen i checked knowing the reception was poor;y trained . I was indeed correct however its for booking to realise they have their own issues as demonstrated by my aliegence drifting excessively to company apps .. Booking has been a target from the hotels themselves , booking is now declining as loyalty chains offer far more.... I madfe a token gesture back to booking and lo and behold just weak oroicesses and shennanigans ,, The hotels in my opinion are targeting a change in direction .
not alot its just the way it is
The underground car park is very tight for large cars. It would be worth advising this before entering (smax). Road parking is similar price and there is an overflow carpark.
Everything. Restaurant exceptional.
