Parkplätze, viel zu wenig Platz, viel zu teuer.
Schmutzige Fenster.
Aufzüge; von 3 einer außer Betrieb, einer in der Wartung. In die TG ist der Aufzug NIE gefahren

Fantastic location and staff
Pros:

Great location for the British Firework Championships. The hotel was in-between the restaurant we ate in and The Hoe, very convenient to nip back to the room throughout the evening.
The pool was clean and tidy.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
A birthday card and sweets were left in the room for our son, a lovely touch.

Cons:

We will stay here again on a room only basis, and venture into the Barbican for breakfast. Whereas my family managed to get food and hot drinks without issue, the coffee machines errored simultaneously whilst I was queuing for each, by which time the hot food options were running low. For us, we prefer the guarantee of sitting and eating as a family. The restaurant is on the penthouse level, served in Marco Pierre White’s, with fantastic 180 degrees views and the staff couldn’t do more for you.

Poor . Won’t return.
Pros:

It’s location !

Cons:

The room was poor. The air conditioning made so much noise we had to turn off. The carpets were stained. The bathroom was tiny and in poor repair. Windows filthy .
Breakfast was chaos - they struggled with capacity. Food ran out on Buffett and took ages to be replaced.
The lifts didn’t work very well. Queues to get into a lift.
We were on the 10 th floor and the noise from the kitchen / Lounge up stairs started at 630/45am every morning with banging and chairs being dragged along the floor and went on till 11pm.
Asked for aircon to be looked at first thing in the morning and if not could we have a fan. When we got back late afternoon not been looked at and no fan. To be fair reception did organise a fan pretty quick.
Reception staff were lovely.
Pool area was ok. Not a nice outlook and could be cleaned up a bit outside. Gym was good.

Never Again.

Close to everything

Cons:

In our room, bathroom door was hard to close, bedding not changed during are stay, Banging from room above us at night, shower floor cover full of slimy dirty substance, overhaul will never stay there again.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, chambre spacieuse et très grand lit confortable, notre chambre N°1018 avait une belle vue sur le phare et la mer.
Bon petit déjeuner.
C'est un bon hôtel mais cela manque de charme...

Cons:

Pour un hôtel comme celui-ci, le parking devrait être gratuit (16,50 £ par nuit !!)

Pros:

Von drei Aufzügen hat nur einer funktioniert. Mit vier Koffern und einem Zimmer im 9. Stock ist der Aufzug alternativlos. Es hat mir eine Dreiviertelstunde gekostet um auf das Zimmer zu kommen. Das war nicht schön. Ab da haben wir alles zu Fuß erledigt. Das Hotel ist toll gelegen und ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Convenient location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff lovely & very helpful. Room was pleasant & fans were a nice touch. The lounge access included with the room was a benefit.
Excellent position for Plymouth Hoe & town centre

Cons:

The Lounge snacks were disappointing, in both taste & type, but the soft drinks & coffees plentiful & appreciated.
