I really nice hotel, excellent staff, clean and all the facilities you require
Pros:

I have stayed here before and this time all the lifts were working which was good. The Room was very nice and what I needed, only criticism the bed felt as if it dipped quite a bit in the middle, which has aggravated my back a little. The restaurant and food was good, ate in the evening and had breakfast and no issues, although before you could eat down in the bar area, but if you do you get charged a tray fee which I don't agree with. Location, cleanliness and service is excellent, plus the gym has a good cardio and weights room ( I didn't use the pool, but looked good ). Would stay again and recommend.

Cons:

Tray Fee if eating downstairs in bar area.
Large bed dipped in the middle, felt like two single bases underneath.

Great weekend away.
Pros:

The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were great

Cons:

The restaurant was set out as a Steak House, so the non-steak options were very limited. Bought most meals at local restaurants.

Lovely place to stay close to everything
Pros:

Our room was very nice and had a lovely view. The hotel was in a great spot which was easily accessible to the city and the harbour.

Pros:

Wonderful location, parking, nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

Was put in a twin room which was for disabled, we are able bodied, basin was much too low for us, excellent room but not for us.

Noisy.
Cons:

The double glaxing leaked badly and was very very noisy due to high wind levels. Reception told us they were old windows and there was nothing to be done. They suggested contact your selves for a refund.

Enjoyed the hotel and it's position, with friendly staff and nice rooms.
Pros:

Position of the hotel is great. Bathroom met my mobility needs.
Easy to get to from train station.

Cons:

No view from the room. Perfume smell piped into the foyer was overpowering.
