Great stay
Pros:

Location, rooms with double sofa beds so good for families, the exec lounge, MP restaurant. Breakfast.

Cons:

Lack at atmosphere in downstairs area round corner of bar, no music & no sound allowed on tv.

Perfect location, great staff and breakfast but the room could have been better.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff really lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

Cons:

The room was very tired looking and was definitely in need of some maintenance and an update.

Pros:

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable, large room with sofa, great swimming pool, v good breakfast in penthouse restaurant

Cons:

Problem exiting carpark on foot, automatic door not working. The only hitch in a great stay.

Location. Excellent staff and customer service. Lovely big rooms. Great decor.

Cons:

My only negative was our meal at Roof top restaurant one evening. Our steak was not of the best standard and very chewy. The staff were very good and changed it, but overall I did expect a better standard of food for the amount of money we spent. But breakfast was superb everyday.

Generally good, location great but would not stay there again, noisy at night outside, moterbikes.

Staff excellent. Food good.
Room okay - a few extra touches and it could be better.
Cannot open a window.

Cons:

Room felt dark and tired.
Cannot open windows for air, not good in summer.

Beautiful hotel but poor housekeeping lets it down.

Great location.

Cons:

Stayed for 3 nights. Toilet rolls and water bottle not filled up.
Advised that a robe would be provided for use of the pool, no robe was ever provided.
Found someone's underwear in wardrobe.
Poor housekeeping.
