Rooms on 10th floor are noisy - staff were. walking around on 11th floor resturant kitchen areas and seemed to be pulling cables across the ceiling until 1am

Cons:

Parking in basement! Such a small area to manoeuvre around . Plus breakfast is great beautiful at top of bldg yet v busy .

Pros:

Excellent location with beautiful views from the 10th-floor room windows. The breakfast offered a great variety of food choices. The gym was very well equipped, and it was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, and pool. Parking is available for an additional cost. Overall, we had a very enjoyable two-night stay.

Cons:

The basement parking spaces are quite small, which makes parking a bit tricky, but there is also additional parking outside the hotel.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely room with comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast and even though it was busy the staff made sure we were seated quickly, food was constantly topped up ,so readily available and used dishes removed promptly.

Cons:

Ground floor room was cold, no heating on and felt damp as it hadn’t been used/serviced recently. Reported this to reception on departure.

Breakfast had hot food missing, there were no glasses for juice and not enough coffee cups.

Have stayed there before but this visit was disappointing.

Great location & great value.
Pros:

Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of room in bedroom & comfy bed.
Pool had great views.
Breakfast was plentiful & poached eggs were made fresh.

Cons:

Everything was good, breakfast was busy & we had to queue but not a big deal for us.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location, would definitely go back
Pros:

Location was perfect as everything was within walking distance.
Staff were extremely helpful and answered all questions.

Cons:

The size of the bathroom was extremely small and for someone with less mobility it would jabe been extremely difficult to navigate. The shower was also not very strong so not sure if the water pressure is low. Not a huge problem but just something to be aware of.

Very pleasant large hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Nice location with good conference facilities. Rooms are a decent size and well equipped. Breakfast was very pleasant with plenty to choose from.

Cons:

Waiting staff lacked proper training. The bar was completely overwhelmed by the number of customers.
