The location is excellent, so close to the Hoe & walking distance from the city centre & Barbican
The room was lovely, large, great view and very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.
We spent time in the bar in the evening, which had a nice atmosphere, comfy seats & good decor.
The views from the restaurant at Breakfast were stunning.
The breakfast was basic, I expected more variety.
Breakfast was served until 10:30, but when we got there just before 10am there wasn’t much left.
There was more choice at the nearby, Cheaper Premier Inn that we’d stayed at for a previous visit to Plymouth
Great location and a very nice swimming pool.
Breakfast slot could have done with being longer for the bank holiday. As it was over crowded and a challenge for staff to keep replenished. The staff were amazing and tried their best.

I’ve stayed several times. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Rooms are always clean. Love the views from the restaurant.
This time I was very disappointed in the breakfast. The food was cold & items had run out. It was around 9.15am & the restaurant wasn’t that busy.😞😞😞
It was in a nice location
The bathroom door won’t close which is very bad for a 5 star hotel. It is not new. It is the actual door won’t fit so they must have known about it for a long time which is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel

Good size family room, great breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool.
We were disappointed with the service on arrival. We had booked a family room for four people, but the sofa bed had not been made up when we checked in. We politely queried this at reception, as we assumed that if a family room was booked for four guests, both beds would be prepared in advance.
Unfortunately, the response from staff was not very welcoming. Rather than trying to help, they became defensive and stated that it was not their fault because the booking had been made through a third party (Booking.com). While we understand there can sometimes be communication issues with third-party bookings, we still felt the situation could have been handled in a much friendlier and more understanding manner.

Absolutely fantastic reception team so helpful and made my stay a joy to stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around.
Location is perfect but unfortunately the standard of service is extremely poor. The breakfast is a healthy & safety hazard. No mugs, continual lack of attention for guests wanting breakfast.
The attitude was of what you see is what you get? Empty display area where no refills were brought out for those who were looking for first servings. Chipped and cracked glasses. Chemical being sprayed whilst you are eating breakfast on the next table. Guest wandering around continually asking for cutlery or mugs or oranges for fresh juice which was non existent.
Hotel in need of cleaning overall.
