I booked a disability room for down stairs and a walk in shower and they didn't want to honor the room.

This property looks nothing like this photo. It looks like straight drug infested ppl stay here. The property looks abandoned with the weeds just as tall as the building itself. I was so afraid that I was going to get bed bugs.

The friendly staff and great service
No ice on the floors
There was no breakfast and I woke up super early to get to the airport in time and when I went to check out I had to wait a while because I had to wake up the staff member behind the desk which almost made me late to my flight. The facility was filthy and run down with multiple leaks in the ceiling. I do not believe my room had been cleaned prior to my arrival. I had no other option for a room but I was ready to leave as soon as I arrived there.
Everything could have been better. My rook would’ve t even lock unless you latched two deadbolts. It was not clean and I was just so ready to check out.
