The Smart TV was incredible at 64 inches and with an alarm feature for waking up for flights. The air conditioning unit was fantastic as well during the hot weather.
Neat, clean and modern room. Friendly staff and there's a direct shuttle to the airport. I had an overnight stay in this hotel and I find everything good about this hotel.
Very clean room with nice finishing all around. Large shower and comfortable beds. Lots of lights in the room. Ideal for an early flight from London Gatwick airport, although this wasn't the case for me.
Room really small, no wardwrobe or drawer available.
Parking spaces limited and despite having payed in advance for two days, when I came back in the evening I didn't find any space available and I was in first instance suggested and park in a shopping area parking which was almost 1 km walking away. Since I refused then the manager eventually able to accommodate an area where to park my car at the hotel.
Moreover, once we were back in the room, we noticed tat nobody came to clean it.

The room was very spacious and I don't know if this was standard, but the room catered for those, like myself, have a disablitity. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bar was available 24/7 including for food which was ideal for those who arrive late at night.

Small car park that charged £15!
Location was good.
While making the booking, the hotel stated that parking was available but could not be reserved in advance. However, when I arrived at around 11:00 pm with my 11-year-old son, I was told that the car park was full and was directed to park about 700 metres away on a quiet, isolated street. Walking that distance late at night with luggage and a child felt completely unsafe and was an unacceptable experience.
If you're travelling with family or carrying heavy luggage, be prepared for potential problems. The hotel only has around 20–25 parking spaces, something they don't clearly disclose on their website. As a result, there's a good chance you won't get a space, and there are very few convenient alternatives nearby. Unfortunately, the staff offered no practical solution beyond saying there was nothing they could do.
Another disappointment was that the room didn't include even a single complimentary bottle of water. For a hotel charging over £120+ per night, providing one or two bottles of water would cost very little and is a basic courtesy that many guests would reasonably expect.
Overall, this was not a good experience. The lack of parking, poor communication about parking availability, and the absence of basic amenities left a negative impression. I would not recommend this property.
