Surprisingly good stay, great room and breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable room with good facilities, very good breakfast. Check in staff member helpful and friendly. Very pleased.

Cons:

Nothing to improve upon in my view. Very happy with the stay.

When we head back to Gatwick area, we will stay at the Ibis again.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and clean. wWe enjoyed the decor and for being so close to the airport, the room was very quiet. Beds were luxurious.

Cons:

Staffing seemed too sparse.

Super convenient
Pros:

Beautifully appointed room, very large bathroom and comfortable bed. Free shuttle to the airport which is a close walk.

Cons:

The woman at breakfast said I wasn’t booked io and eventually found me. Was a bit awkward.

Excellent value for money - a really nice hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

All in all the hotel was exceptional and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Easy access from the airport especially after a delayed flight meant we couldn’t drive all the way home safely.
