Location is nearby all facilities.
Pros:

Clean, near by all facilities. There is nearby tram, Parramatta railway station, mosque, supermarkets, west field mall. Halal food from Armani which is very close to the hotel.

Cons:

No halal food in their restaurant.

Pros:

Location to Olympic Park

Cons:

Checking in when a big concert is happening is absolutely disgraceful and disorganised. Huge line and wait to check in. A lift was not working making it a long wait to get to your room. Then everyone checks out at the same time, and took 20 mins to get a lift, and had to go up to the top to get back down. Needs to be much more organised and staggered.
