Walk from Hangar Lane underground to hotel had to walk through underpass, was worried walking late at night but a few people doing same thing so wasnt a problem. Hotel good, breakfast good. No vegan option but didnt ask. Breakfast was self service. Room clean and good. We asked for quiet room and they gave us a room at the back which was great.

Pros:

Room 325,Dirty Curtains, stained lamp shade on left hand side of bed and on right hand side next to the TV. Bedside table top on left hand side is warped. Shower at first was just a dribble until I untangled the hose which was kinked under the taps.The room just seemed very tired and for a 4star disappointing.

The room smells really bad, the property is in bad condition, the furniture is old and stinks, the room and the bathroom need to be remodel and it doesn't feel like a 4 stars hotel, it's like a 2 stars

No complaints- which was nice.
Pros:

Clean and tidy hotel. Very friendly staff at checkin, breakfast and departure. All deserve a mention, especially Sujata and Paprya. Breakfast was well cooked and well presented. Nothing to complain about which made for a great experience.

Great overall!
Pros:

Really nice hotel. It was easy to park and it’s right on the Hanger Lane tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was really good. We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of. Would stay again, lovely weekend spent there.

We spent 11 days here and loved the staff, breakfast was excellent and Pedro and Sadie were amazingly helpful and super friendly. From the moment we checked in until the day we left all front counter, dining room and cleaning staff were terrific.

The only negatives were with the rooms - bed was too small - only a double and really should be a Queen as a minimum. TV was very small, needs an upgrade. Toilet wouldn't flush - pressure very low.

Very close (3 min walk) to Hanger Lane tube station (central line) so you're in Marble Arch/Oxford St in about 9 stops - 20 minutes.

Will definately stay there again. Good value for money.

The stay was for 2 nights and it was fine. Staff were all lovely. Room was great. No complaints.
When you come out of the Tube Station at Hangar Lane you need to go around to the right and use the subway which brings you up just a few metres from the hotel.

I ordered breakfast for room service , told one off cleaners could you take my left overs she says leave it outside your door was outside in hall all morning and most off the afternoon breakfast not even 1 star absolute terrible of breakfast hash browns soggy egg over cooked bacon terrible sausages were decent and rest was not good enough best thing about this stay was the staff and nice gentlemen behind reception I wouldn’t recommend this stay.
