Shirley made our breakfast experience absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure the food was exactly what we ordered came back to check on us. Several times made sure we had everything we needed. Check on are refreshments. .We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was clean and I was pleased to see a shuttle available between the hotel and Franciscan University since that was the reason for the trip.

You make us pay $3.00 a day for parking??????? REALLY????
Pros:

First of all, this will be the very last time we stay at a Holiday Inn. the toilet did not flush properly, had to flush it many times and there would be toilet paper left in the bowl. Secondly, the web site said NOTHING about being charged for parking our car, which they charged $3.00 per day, that is uncalled for, like REALLY??? We did not find out about these charges until we check out. This is totally ridiculous!!! Especially in Weirton, WV. We have stayed at many hotels and NEVER PAID for parking our car...NEVER!!! And some of the hotels were the Holiday Inns. Headquarter people, you better check and see what YOUR hotels are doing!!!
The hotel staff all were WONDERFUL! All were very pleasant and helpful, if it was not for them, no one would want to stay there, I give them a lot of credit. Felt very sorry for the lady that check us out, because she had to hear my wraith. We did tell her we were sorry and we knew it was not her fault.
The next time we go to Weirton, it WILL NOT BE YOUR HOTEL!!!

We had a great stay from check in to departure.
Kris Emerald was a great help getting us to the right places. We had an unfortunate incident in the bathroom he fix almost immediately. Pleasant and very helpful and knew and did his job well.
