Arrived late short stay
Perfect. Just as you would expect for a four seasons. A clean, safe, beautiful safe haven in Jo’berg
very nice property with lovely facilities. Only complaint would be that the staff at the spa urged us to leave 45 minutes before closing, which was a bit unfortunate and very different from the treatment we had in the rest of the hotel

The Johannesburg Four Seasons entire staff, management, front desk, bellmen, housekeeping, hostesses, chefs and wait staff were great. Everyone I came in contact with during my stay had such great energy!
It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Upon arrival until I left, they were so accommodating and made my birthday vacation stay a wonderful and memorable one.
From the minute we arrived we knew this hotel was spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer. They went above and beyond for us, even providing spring water because mineral water was too harsh for us. Our room was beautiful. The cleanliness was top notch. The wait staff, especially Anesu, who also recommended great shopping, and Thembi. We will definitely return

Definitely lives up to the Four Seasons reputation but with South African flair. Super friendly and helpful staff and you get a feeling of peace and quiet with its unusual layout. Fully recommend
