Hotel bien situe et personnel tres agreable
Pros:

Très bien situé dans Côme, personnel très agréable et qui parle français.

Cons:

Le parking est un peu loin de l'hôtel et pas dans une zone tres sécurisée.
Le pdj n'est pas terrible

Маленькие уставшие комнаты совсем не радуют глаз

В целом не плохо
Завтрак нормальный . Есть все , что необходимо.
Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь
Если было бы больше , то искали бы другой отель

Cons:

На полу в холе и в некоторых комнатах старый вонючий ковролин, покрытый пятнами.
Попросили поменять комнату . Поменяли сразу дали с паркетным покрытием. Это было уже намного лучше.
Но оставаться здесь совсем не хочется

Das Personal war extrem Hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel(20€) war super praktisch. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend.
