Great stay, awesome breakfast, friendly staff.
I would stay there again.

No refrigerator inside the room. Safe box not working .
However the bathroom very clean .

Great area and checking in was easy. Also very accommodating on parking.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tre Re. Really clean room and staff were really easy to communicate with. The air conditioning in my room wasn't set to work "yet" and I had a feeling it was there as a prop. My window faced the court yard on the 2nd floor and I slept with it open. True, this hotel doesn't have amenities that Americans are used but, but it's a local run place in Italy. Adjusting is part of the experience!

My flight wasn't until late afternoon and the staff at the front desk were happy to hold my bags until my departure.

Really good location. The ferry, train, and duomo were literally around the corner.

I'd stay again... just not in hot summer time with no air conditioning.

No Air Conditioner Therefore you have to open the windows and all the noise come from the street to your room I don’t recommend this hotel if you want place to sleep comfortably and have quality sleep.

Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price.

Excellent location. Everything was very good, except the garbage trucks which start at 4AM with non stop glass breaking.

Close to the cathedral and the lake this is a wonderful spot for easy access to Como. I would have given all 5 stars but 2 more pillows and access to an additional blanket in the room would have been ideal. The temperature in the room was a bit cool for our liking given the recent dip in temperature on our end be night stay.

It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top.
Leider muss ich jedoch sagen, dass das Zimmer eine große Enttäuschung war. Es war extrem klein und bot keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Kühlschrank, Safe oder Schrank. Man hatte das Gefühl, direkt im Flur zu liegen, da jedes Geräusch zu hören war. Obwohl es eine Klimaanlage gab, blies diese unangenehm direkt auf das Kopfteil des Bettes, ohne dass sich daran etwas einstellen ließ.
Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr veraltet. Der Duschvorhang war schon ziemlich abgenutzt und konnte das Wasser nicht zurückhalten, sodass nach jeder Dusche das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr begrenzt: Es gab beispielsweise zur Auswahl nur helles Brot, Dosenfrüchte und Cornflakes. Als ich nach laktosefreien Alternativen fragte, wurde ich ungläubig angeschaut, als hätte ich nach etwas völlig Ungewöhnlichem gefragt.
Insgesamt steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keinem Verhältnis, und ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

Tips - om ni åker bil använd inte GPS för att få färdbeskrivning, utan be hotellet om färdbeakrivning. Blev väldigt trånga gator med GPS.

Staff was very nice & helpful. They offer taxi service to Milano airport MXP for 100 Euro. Room had pot to heat water for tea or coffee, hair dryer. Shower VERY SMALL with shower curtain. Remember to bring your own washcloths as none were supplied in any of the 3 countries we visited. Breakfast was included but limited & promptly at 10 was removed. Location was great for walking to everything. If going to Bellagio recommend C 30 bus from train station as first stop & only 10 minute walk. It’s a 1:50 ride so standing not fun.
