Terrible customer service
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The breakfast lacked hot food variety - no bacon, no hash browns. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. I was charged double the amount for parking and when I queried it with management he gaslighted me and told me that I wasn’t charged, even though it’s clear from my bank account that I was charged. I am still chasing up this refund. Disgusting behaviour.
