Pros:

My stay before this one I reserve 1 night but I reserve the wrong date and when I arrived is when I noticed is was the wrong date the staff is who informed me so she let me make reservation for that night but I already paid for the reservation that the date was wrong so I ended up paying for 2 nights but only stayed one is there a way I could get credit my money back????
