Pros:

Все было на самом высшем уровне. Комфорт, локация, завтраки, вид из окна и особенно - забота и внимательность персонала (отдельное спасибо консьержу Темирлану). Если когда-нибудь снова окажусь в Алмате - только сюда.

Завтрак великолепный, отличная система кондиционирования, уборка хорошая

Cons:

В ванной нет ни одной розетки, трансфер заказали - и пожалели. На прилет - перепутали табличку, написали другое имя, на вылет - водитель летел с бешеной скоростью и в машине было накурено. Пожалели что не заказали такси - дорого было и ужасно.

Good location with comfortable rooms and good service
Pros:

We shared at the InterContinental Almaty for 5 nights during our visit to Almaty.
Our rooms were comfortable, and spacious.

The service of all the staff was very nice, and warm.
The breakfast buffet was also quite good.

We also used the swimming pool and spa, which was nice.
Overall good experience.
