A geladeira não estava funcionando e só resolveram 1 dia depois. Estava tendo uma obra no último andar com algum transtorno…

Visita turística a Vitoria en pareja.
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y muy bien equipada. Ubicación magnífica. Personal amable y eficiente(destacó especialmente a Jon).

Pros:

Posizione centrale e tranquilla vicino ad un bellissimo parco, camere molto grandi e dotate di tutti i confort necessari. Letto grande e molto comodo. La vista della camera verso il centro della città era veramente molto suggestiva.
Non ho avuto modo di provare la cucina e la colazione, ma credo siano all'altezza della struttura.

Cons:

Forse migliorerei un po' la pulizia generale delle camere.

Pros:

The location is perfect to visit Gasteiz. The staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The parking was not accessible so we had to pay for a public parking. The AC system was also not running properly when compared to north american standards so the room temperature remained quite warm despite the AC being on all day.
