I loved every moment being there.
Pros:

The huge thanks to the staff, especially Valeria and Tatiana for their warm welcoming and for being so helpful and attentive. Their hospitality turned my stay into incredible experience and made me feel at home. I love Israel and its people because of their warm and kind hearts. 🥰
The hotel is very beautiful and has an amazing location overlooking the promenade. I love my morning runs there or chilling on the beach with a book. My room was facing the sea and I loved waking up every morning to this incredible view and the sound of the waves.
I appreciate all your efforts for making my stay so special.

We were impressed with the hotel , the accommodation and the service - we will be back in June!!!!
Pros:

We were very impressed to be greeted at 4;00am by a very friendly staff member at reception. I hadn't heard back from booking.com or from the hotel regarding a early check so i had booked an extra nights stay for both my sibling and for me - 2 rooms 1 extra night.
The staff member acknowledged the slip and offered us 2 complimentary breakfasts for that morning!! Well done - every little bit of care matters.
The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I loved my room which had a city view.... next time i will stay in the rooms with sea view as it will be summer :-)

Cons:

La réceptionniste lors de notre arrivée était très désagréable. Je parle pas hébreu et je parle mal anglais et elle s enervait pour nous expliquer où ce trouve le parking de l hôtel qui est très cher il coûte 80 shekel quelque soit le temps. On a cherchait le parking pendant 30 minutes.

מעבר לזה שהמלון על הטיילת והחדר אוכל חמוד השאר היה נורא, המסדרונות של החדרים והחדר עצמו יש ריח חזק של עובש, המיטה הזוגית היא שתי מיטות יחיד צמודות ככה שלא מומלץ לבוא בזוג, במקלחת הזרימה של המים מאוד חלשה, קיבלנו מגבות מלוכלכות וכתמים עליהן, בקיצור מאכזב מאוד.
