Our room smelt like smoke alot. The hotel was full of multi cultural families living at the hotel. Our room was clean but it was very dated.

Toothpaste on one of the folded towels.

Pros:

Our room was clean and the pool was decent

Cons:

The outside was not clean, was not informed that half the hotel was being used as temporary housing, the back of the hotel was littered with garbage and old furniture. The pool was used for swimming lessons for people not staying at the hotel.

The size of the room .
The server at the restaurant in the hotel was very nice.

Cons:

I did not like that I booked breakfast included in my stay, and that wasn't provided .
Wifi kept cutting in and out which also affected the TV.

Pros:

This hotel has been left in a poor state of repair. From the outside of the building and parking lot to the broken ice machine and shabby rooms with stained upholstery. It seems poorly managed and left without much care. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

good comfy beds, relatively quiet air conditioning , but the noise of the fridge might disturb some light sleepers, the have a capsule coffee machine that gives a nice tasty coffee, pool area is very warm , no sauna though

Cons:

hotel is really far from center and territory around hotel is dirty.
When we arrived them room itself was clean but the balcony was totally forgotten, the chairs and table were in the dust and spider webs were everywhere

We were not able stay long enough to enjoy anything

Cons:

There are low income families who live at the hotel. This should not be an issue but the children are left unattended to vandalize and steal from vehicles. Workers present explained that they had had gasoline siphoned from their vehicles that day. The children were throwing sticks and broken glass around the parking lot and climbing on our vehicle, inspecting the contents. Upon trying to immediately check out, we were informed by another guest (who was also demanding their money back) that there is a significant bed bug/cockroach problem.

Pros:

Unfortunately when we walked in there was a huge fish smell that just filled the entire hotel. We got to our room there was hardly any toilet paper and floor was sticky. The bathroom smelt so bad we avoided as much as we could. The pool was so dirty, we tried to make the most of it but the hotel is not like i remember it.

Our stay was terrible. The room smelled like chlorine because pool under room. The air conditioner didnt work. The ice machines were broken. Then we had no shower. Tap broken. We were then moved to a different room. Which took a while to pack up. Then given 2 warm bottles of water as compensation???? A piece of glass on the carpet which i stepped.on.We would like to request a refund for our stay. Two warm bottles of water as comp is ridiculous. Please refund our credit card. This stay was the worst ever. Not the way we wanted our vacation to go.
