Pros:

Remote for tv didn’t work, patches in the bathtub & sink

Would stay there again but they are scheduled to be torn down for renovations soon I was told
Pros:

Marina Inn was my favorite stay on this vacation! I walked out my sliding glass door to the heated pool everyday! Walk to harbor and beach was just minutes and shops and restaurant also! Great location!

Cons:

Didn’t have a microwave in room but front desk heated up my food for me! My room was beside elevator which was noisy at times!

I hope they do something to make improvements if they are going to stay open
Pros:

The property is in a good location although when we were there, many of the restaurants are no longer there due to them upgrading the harbor

Cons:

I heard a lot of talk about the in Marina Inn closing down even if they are closing down they are still running a business and should do a better job of cleaning very short on towels no microwave dingy rooms

Rooms were dirty, humid, and smelled like mildew. a/c did not work well only made it more humid in the room. A roach crawled on to my foot while laying on the bed.

Excellent location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Excellent location in the Dana Point harbor especially if you are taking the ferry to Catalina! A bit noisy and dusty due to the construction of the new Harbor shops next door!

Ha ha I like the location as I was surfing in the area and I like the view from my balcony

Cons:

The lobby was decent enough, but the hotel itself was very tired, and my room had an eclectic set of furniture and appliances, which I find uncomfortable.
