Spend a few extra bucks to not have to sleep directly on bed springs!
Pros:

Location and that’s it

Cons:

Really no reason to stay here, even for the proximity to the harbor. The condition of the property, especially that of the rooms, show that they’re just playing out the string until they’re given a date to close. It’s quite literally a dump

Cons:

The room is old and not comfortable. Very poor soundproofing. The breakfasts are very meager.

Location, location, location!

Cons:

The facility needs a lot of maintenance! It's it's kind of like a one or two star motel .... And we had two out of the four mornings where there was not enough food for the folks that were in the breakfast room they ran out of quite a few things......

And it's pretty deceiving on the price point of the property! It looks good when you book, but in the fine print after you book (or when you get to the hotel) you find out you have to pay $15 a day to park, and there are no other options for parking so please remember your pay more for the property than you think!
