I can't think of anything positive. I actually felt unsafe and would not recommend this place

Staff was very rude. Very grumpy and antagonistic. I was actually afraid to voice any concerns. My pillows had no pillow cases. I wished that I could have cancelled but because I already prepaid Booking would not allow me to cancel unless I forfeit my payment. Their Should be caused that one can cancel due to safety concerns. One of the most unpleasant stays I've had at any motel

Great value, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

We stay here every time we come to town. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is in a great place.

Staff at front desk. Very rude and questioning and making calls about everything that I needed for my room. Was not able to accommodate for a family member who was disabled. Horrible service. House keep was very nice and respectful they were great to interact with.

Would not recommend nor would I ever stay at this location again.
