The room was very clean and well-equipped. They brought clean towels and made the bed daily, which was much appreciated.
The breakfast was very minimal and the coffee was horrible.
Easy access to property and Waffle House in parking lot.
Staff used the dryers at the facility at bedtime and early morning. Loud roars from the laundry room next to our rom. No elevator and had stairs up and down to the rooms . Carrying bags to rooms was a task.
The staff were absolutely the sweetest
No elevator.
The bed was comforatble but had hair in it.
The entire room was nasty dirty. There was a thick layer of hardened dust on the lamps. There was sticky rings on the nightstand. The bathroom had mold mildew and sticky globs of something on the vanity. The shower had all kinds of black stuff in the bottom of it and along the edges. The dirtiest place Ive ever slept. Had it not been 2 am when we arrived, I would not have stayed.
The rooms were clean
I booked weeks in advance 2 rooms with a king bed in each room when I got there they did not have the rooms I booked I had t ok get a room with 2 fill beds instead
Close to destinations we fished.
When we got there I was told my room was given to someone else so me and my girlfriend has to sleep in a double bed room. We had to sleep in separate beds. Then the day after we got there we had to move to the correct room that we initially booked so we had to repack everything we had with us and take it to the new room. Total headache that could have been avoided if the hotel had respected our reservations that were put in well over a month ago. The day we got there I was asked if we had a dog which I told the lady we did so she proceeded to charge us for our go which is fine I totally knew that was going to happen but then she asked me if I was planning on taking my dog everywhere with me. I looked at her in disbelief because thats the whole reason we got a hotel thats pet friendly was so that we had a safe place for our dog while we are out on our canoe fishing. She proceeded to tell me that dogs cry when there owners are not there and I understand but I paid for my dog to stay otherwise I would have told her that my dog is a service animal if I had to take her everywhere with me because thats what a service animal is. My dog doesnt even cry when left alone. It was just a horrible experience and we did not expect to have to take our dog everywhere with us. We were also in the non smoking part of the hotel yet it always smelled like smoke in the hallway. Our room was super humid/musty and had this weird smell to it every time you walked in. Other then that I guess it was fine to sleep in but overall I dont recommend it if you are deciding to bring your dog with you or just keep in mind that you will probably have to take your dog everywhere with you.
Friendly staff & comfortable beds!
Convenient location & very clean!
Located near our event and restaurants
Very close to the interstate with a lot of noise, air conditioner did not work properly in the room and was noisy, breakfast offered very few options, pillows were too thick and dense
